酒店接送服務司機趙師傅熱情周到。
酒店唯一不足雙卧獨棟別墅裏的卧室面積有點小，無法放置大行李。
還有春節旺季出行用車較不便。

本不想寫點評，但實在是大冤種，住了五天，兩個房間每晚一萬的費用，還不算加床費用，換來的服務真的一言難盡，是説本地人就這個素質嗎，從當晚加被子的保潔大媽，到所謂車隊司機要求加錢包車的價格，再到每天早上頭疼的交通問題，好吧，沒花錢包車是我的錯，導致每天需要靜心等待滴滴，少則十幾分鍾多則一個小時叫不到車，除了到達當晚那個前台的男服務生很努力的做服務，其他人真心的，你們對得起這個價格嗎？本來算了，結果離店一陣子發票找不到打電話幫忙，不問細節酒店經理直接説，攜程定的攜程要發票，拜託我加床付給你們，請耐心一點不行嗎？大冤種是我，付了錢得不到服務是我的錯了

酒店服務很細緻 到店離店都安排專車接送 入住後也有專門管家服務 超級nice～房間很精巧 給升了海景套房 住着很舒服。酒店有很多夏令營活動 可以考慮給孩子提前報名。到店前銷售顧問Maggie推薦了不少遊玩地點 都很驚艷 例如生態廊道 春裏茶舍 無為寺 人少 不擁擠背景色美 玩的十分愜意 我也把這些地方推薦給了計劃來大理的朋友們。
酒店早餐可圈可點 味道非常好 精緻。
酒店離球場很近 景色也很美 下次來大理打球 還會來入住。

每個人都很熱情，遇到問題也會及時解決，管家也能及時回覆，服務和硬件設施都不錯，房間私密性也是可以的，還可以看日出，遺憾房間裏要有泳池就好了，公共泳池可能更像景觀，有點小，不過瑕不掩瑜，住的還是很滿意的。
