酒店的經營還是比較亂，擁有好多個院子，所以在辦入住的時候出現了一些問題。
本來我訂啥房間你給我啥房間，我也不會有啥異議，但偏偏給我升級了一個房間，我都辦理完了入住，結果那個院子可能不是他説的算，來自了一個小姑娘，估計是店長，一百個不願意，説話那個勁兒特別討厭，説我佔那麼大便宜，反正説的我很不爽，最終給我又換了一個院子。
你們自己的服務失誤，為什麼要客人去承擔，從頭到尾賴前台，説這個價格不合適，唯獨不願和客人説句抱歉，弄的我好像欠你什麼一樣。

體驗感相當差！我們是提前定好的酒店，到店辦理入住的時候，因為等了一段時間然後就跟我説幫我升級了一個套房，本來還挺高興的，結果入住不到一小時，在外面玩的時候，告訴我是因為系統問題才弄成套房的，要不然瞭解攜程系統我都信了，房間衞生也很糟糕，床上還有小蟲子，床單也不乾淨。當時也忘記了拍照。跟圖片看到的完全不一樣，圖片拍的小院什麼都沒有，感覺都不去一個房型位置也很偏僻，是我在大理住過最差的酒店！

定位和地址是錯誤的，客服解釋説是因為他們有好幾個地方都有房，所以定位有誤，房間圖片也不一致，真實的房間比圖片差很多，房間裏面那個浴室真的有點太差了，浴室牆沒貼瓷磚，是刮的大白，牆上面還有很多污跡，很噁心，熱水器出熱水很慢，窗户形狀很奇怪，你們看了就知道，很難描述，洗手池下面是鏤空的，沒有包起來，能看見下水管道。如果要説優點那就是圖片裏面的圖書館是真實的。

訂房間之前諮詢了一下，説是訂三晚就可以來接機，我們飛機當天晚上延誤了，所以第二天是自己打的過去然後酒店報銷的，這點還是不錯的。民宿在古城裡麪，車子白天不能進去，民宿夥計到博愛門來接的。民宿有四幢，分別在小巷的不同位置，我們住的是D幢，在小巷的最裡麪。房間在二樓，不大，裝修比較舊，衞生間的牆壁都是斑駁污漬，衞生間的窗玻璃是透明的。房間裏的垃圾桶上都是污漬，紗窗破了不能開關。可能因為是旺季的原因，所以每天的衞生打掃僅限於把垃圾桶裏的垃圾倒掉。某一天還在淋浴室的地上發現了香煙屁股（我們是兩個女的住的），酒店給出的解釋是搞衞生的阿姨不小心帶進來的。呃，搞衞生的不僅沒把房間打掃乾淨反而把垃圾帶進來，我也不知道該説什麼。所以儘量不要在旺季來吧，我是看着網上的那些好評來的，結果挺失望的。
