房間很好，地中海風格，老闆很好，服務周到，有花園休閑玻璃房，還有幾間觀海房，離洱海邊就50米右，出門就是南詔風情島廣場和碼頭，乘船到南詔巡府島衹要5分鐘；經海邊商街步行10分鐘就可到太陽宮。美食應有盡有，很熱鬧。酒店東面100米是最近的大型停車場，非常方便，是自駕遊的很好入住地。

房間環境氛圍還可以，床墊不好，翻身可以聽到彈簧的聲音了已經，不隔音，走廊，窗外樓下説話都聽得見，外面唱歌和熙熙攘攘的人羣聲夜裡12都聽得到，就是周圍景緻還可以，出行逛逛雙廊古鎮方便些。
