酒店的服務真心很不錯。管家慕雅和 Kiki 的服務很貼心。環境很舒服，花園區域的多肉植物很漂亮。非常值得再來哦！特別是早餐也是很不錯。

房間蠻好，幫我們升級了榻榻米房。環境很舒服，有兔子玩，小朋友很開心。就是吃飯不太方便，過了時間就沒得吃了。而且也衹有快餐。服務呢，態度很好，但是送的歡迎水果什麼的都不太新鮮了，我們丟了一半。早餐感覺一般，品種不多，不過有現做的米線，味道不錯。

酒店服務很好，申請了接站。酒店位於大理大學對過，邊上是網紅洱海大道拍攝點。早餐豐富，味道可口。因為沒有電梯，每個樓梯口，都安排幫忙提行李的按鈴，非常貼心。酒店的小院打理的井井有條，很適合拍照發呆，背靠蒼山，很美。

非常滿意，房間很乾凈整潔，地理位置很好，旁邊就是網紅蒼洱大道，第一天入住時還送了水果和酸奶，服務態度很好，特別是艾米和jack，熱情周到，幫忙拿行李很及時，態度好，臨走時還送了一盒鮮花餅，也很好吃，下次來大理還會選擇這家酒店！！
