首先表明不是刷單/刷好評，真實居住體驗！
提前一天去看了房間，感覺很不錯，房間面積如描述40平左右，露台左前方視野開闊，可以看洱海。四樓房頂上真的很出片，拍照很好看！前台小姐姐服務很好，前前後後三四次出來接送，用電瓶車幫忙拉行李🧳。感覺這家海景房性價比挺高的，位置相對偏一點，如果拉着行李箱都是石板路會不方便，建議預訂後聯繫，看看能不能出來接。
另外不是洗澡/洗臉沒有熱水，熱水需要多放一會兒。我住三樓放了得十分鐘吧！（估計和房間水路設計有關）
建議多放個垃圾桶，挺大的房間就一個垃圾桶，扔個垃圾還得繞過去，哈哈😃

前台小姐姐超級無敵好！！酒店價格雖然便宜 但是房間很大。總體來説住的還挺滿意的。離山繭咖啡很近！
