環境沒得説，蒼山腳下，遠觀洱海，傍晚站在陽台上聞到的都是樹木花草的清香。遺憾的是趕上了一個公司的團建，加大了客房服務人員的工作量，睡前我想加床被子等了半個多小時才送來，還導致早餐過於擁擠，在一種亂哄哄環境下吃完了早餐

車子一停在大堂前面，工作人員就來幫忙開門、取行李、引導了，前台非常友善是幫忙升級了房型，樓層、房型、視野都很贊，整體感覺非常體貼、細微、温暖。我和女兒從酒店步行30多分鐘走到了感通索道，一路環境也很贊。特別感謝工作人員小麗，也感謝酒店給我和女兒留下來美好的旅行回憶！
