位置好，去很多景點都很方便。重點要感謝楊仕聰經理，因為小孩小升初的通知書發得遲，註冊時間跟我們的原定的旅程有沖突，被迫縮短了旅程，楊經理晚上十一點多還幫我申請了退回了多訂的一天房費，真的非常好，感激不盡！

房間風景很好，很舒適，前台服務也超好，特別是小麗，希望下次有時間還來住，真的很推薦房間的風景，希望浴缸附近可以放泡澡的東西，不要丟一塊香皂。停車場到前台前台到房間希望可以針對提行李包的旅客有新的政策，可以有人幫忙提，禮賓部的小夥子服務有待加強，引導我去房間，看到客人大包小包，沒有主動幫忙，是我開口才幫忙的🙁

第二次入住大理希爾頓了，背山面海位置真是絕佳，太適合參加采蘑菇，採茶這些户外活動了。和去年相比酒店還增加了管家服務，我們的管家小麗每天噓寒問暖，太貼心了。期待下次再見！

房間很大，視野開闊可以看到洱海，房間內設施齊全。酒店24叫餐服務特別深得我心，在酒店吃吃喝喝哪裡也不需要去，可以很好的休息。
