24hour HOT water supply - NO !!! 2 days had to adjust my plans because there was no hot water, had to wait for “refill” 🤔 the staff was helpful, at least they demonstrated the willingness to help, but 2nd day when I asked trip.com to negotiate about a refund, they denied the fact the issue happened again and mentioned only 1st day, of course, refusing to reimburse… apart from the water, the leaking shower cabin, after taking a shower every time you wanna use the toilet will have to step carefully as there’s a pond there. I would tolerate small issues, but because I was charged almost double the regular price due to May holidays and the water issue, I’ll show all !!!
