💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]距離洱海公園很近停車場保安很熱情，不怕找不到位置，他們總有辦法，可以準備點現金。
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]交通便利，順洱河大約1km到洱海公園。
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]屋內設施齊全，應有盡有。乾淨整潔。

夏天的大理，民宿的性價比確實不高。房東人很好。民宿是自用房子改件的，裝修風格比較一般，有很多不需要的設施，如衣櫃、書房等。位置不錯，出門打車方便。吐槽一點：浴室沒有乾濕分離，洗完澡整個浴室洗手間久泡在水裡，要手動拖地。

房間如圖所示，沒有任何虛假成分，房間大而亮堂，交通方便，打車很便捷！房東很熱情，入住的時候正值三伏天炎熱，民宿沒有空調，但非常涼爽，夜晚入睡還得蓋被子，避暑聖地了！！！熱水水壓稍微有點點小，瑕不掩瑜

🙋[對於房東，我想説]謝謝，阿哥阿姐熱心接站送站，還有送超好吃的當地米粉。
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]一家人住着舒服，下關的氣温太舒服了。如果還有機會去，一定首選這裏。
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]出行太方便了，坐4路車和8路車去古鎮、才村都方便。旁邊有菜市場有沃爾瑪，買菜方便。去碼頭，去公園都方便，騎個電動車可以直達洱海公園，吹着洱海的風，太舒服了。
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]廚具是我的首選，廚具好多，電飯煲，煲湯的，破壁機，哇哦，不能説一應俱全，衹能説應有盡有。哈哈，其次有全自動洗衣機，晾曬衣服也方便。反正就是設施都很齊全。床品很乾凈。

房子裝修漂亮，窗明幾凈，床上用品很乾凈，枕頭被子床墊都相當的舒適；鍋碗瓢盆齊全，做飯方便；洗衣晾衣也方便。
房子地段非常便利，無論去哪個景點都非常容易叫到網約車或包車，而且附近就有不少當地人都去的餐廳。
距離沃爾瑪和菜市場也非常近，***外賣***買菜等均可送貨到家。
坐在客廳落地窗前，既可北望蒼山，也可東眺洱海，更可俯瞰洱河，晚飯後在洱河散步，非常舒適愜意。
房東人特別好，和丈夫一起來接站，一路介紹大理風土人情，還給我們送來他們家當天包的粽子，很多。
房東準備了6瓶礦泉水給我們，還給我們訂了新鮮的桶裝水。一桶水用完後，還很熱情的幫我們再訂一桶。
端午節那天還熱情邀請我們一家到她家過節。還要送白族人端午節必戴的吉祥手繩給我們，讓我們瞭解到這一白族習俗文化。
