酒店的小雨欣雨服務態度超級的好，我把裝有護照簽證，銀行卡和錢財的書包忘在隔壁的餐廳裡邊，萬分焦急，而此時我已經回到了麗江，也不知道餐廳的電話，衹有打電話給二姑娘客棧，欣雨接到電話，非常積極的幫我去到餐廳找到書包，而且慎重的把它保管起來，讓我避免了超級的麻煩！到店時小雨還幫我們洗衣服曬衣服，我們感到了賓至如歸！而且他們的房間位置也超級好，房間就可以看到小普陀，看到洱海，躺在床上看月亮，超級的有感覺！房間乾淨整潔又寬大，非常的舒適！下次來還住！

設計挺好的一個酒店 納悶為什麼不好好維護 特別臟 本來要住兩天的 結果住了一天就趕緊走了 隔音也不好 窗户也是壞的 海景房窗玻璃乾淨是最起碼的 結果臟的很 設施也很舊 很臟 洗浴間看見都不想進去 本來挺期待的 一進來瞬間心情不好了💢

樓頂有天空之境，還有秋千，安安靜靜地在上面看日落，真的很愜意。酒店就在洱海邊，小普陀附近，坐下關到挖色的車，出行也很方便。

很失望的入住體驗，房間老舊，牆面掉皮，衞生很差，早餐很湊活沒啥吃的，甚至都吃不飽。

酒店位置不錯，海景，房間比較大，就是設施有些陳舊。樓道衞生沒有及時清理，四層花園雜草叢生，像是許久沒人住一樣。
