定了三間房住兩晚，房間還行，設施衞生過得去，服務也不錯。大堂的茶桌是隨便用，早餐樣式不多，但是味道不錯。

在學府路下坡的邊上，靠路停車方便，老闆小夥很精神，習慣住花築了，我認為有品質保障吧，爭取要把大理古城景區的花築住它個遍。

作為民宿環境佈置不錯，有魚池，有天台，綠化很好，房間有點小，床挺舒服，衞生間很大，淋浴水很大。建議加浴簾。

除了老闆比較客氣，早上有一點點早餐，其他服務基本沒有，住了四天每天換洗毛巾都要自己去拿。
