店家服務很到位，幫忙從停車場取行李，搬運到客房。下午茶很不錯，晚上贈送綠豆湯。第二天早餐也不錯。房間海景很霸道！

最覺得舒服的是門口的椅子自己坐着發呆 床睡起很舒服 真的很合我對床墊的要求 當時中午水好像不太合適 洗澡水很小且不熱 可以找管家 覺得麻煩沒找 少個全身鏡😄

酒店客房是名符其實的海景房，蒼山洱海一覽無餘，入夜能聽到海浪拍岸的聲音，日出日落風景無限。我們訂了21—22日2天房，因我們臨時決定22日趕到大理古城去看三月街開幕式，無奈已訂了22日的住宿，按常理不可退房，我們懷着試試看的心理向22日早班的男服務員説明情況，這位服務員非常為住客着想，同意我們退房的請求，讓我們非常感動，這種為住客着想人性化的服務已勝過蒼山洱海的風景，給我們留下了難忘的記憶。

環境超美，陽台望出去就是洱海，住了兩天。位置在雙廊古鎮裏面，但是很近門口，所以不會拖很久的行李，要知道古鎮裏面的石板路行李箱很難拖的，而且會有小哥哥幫忙扛行李，有下午茶，早餐也很豐盛，每天晚上都會煮一點熱的甜品，總之很好。
