去的時候正值春節旺季，管家彬彬開車來接的我們，服務也非常温馨周到，幫忙找第二天的包車價格也公道。房間是一線海景房，設施配備都很不錯，樓下就是環湖生態廊道，可騎車到龍龕碼頭，體驗感很好，除了春節期間房費偏高，其他都很完美。

房間很好，有陽台，可以看到洱海，管家小彬特別有耐心，回覆也很及時，送我們到古城也很方便，服務很貼心。房間也蠻好的，睡的很舒服，在洱海邊早晨陽光很足，窗簾遮光性很好，下次還來。
