房間和服務都很好，外出不方便，到洱海的周邊道路不乾淨也不安全；用餐選擇酒店內的餐廳是最合適的，外面遠也不瞭解是否衞生。大理的出租車大部分都不乾淨，如酒店有建議的出租公司則更好。

房間很大，客房和浴缸都能看到洱海。服務也很棒。餐廳晚餐，點的菜沒有按菜單燒，廚師也主動道歉，可退了。
