Dali ancient city Reviews

The place is so pretty and super near to the Dali main walking street, just 50m away. There's breakfast choice just next to the place in the morning as well. Lady boss is pretty and very friendly! That made the stay very pleasant. Our room is on level two and lady boss helps to carry the luggage up for us. The view at rooftop is awesome too! Little resident cat tutu is also very cut and friendly.

Super friendly and helpful staff, Loved the room so much. It was close to all the shops and there’s a cute cat that lives here downstairs as well! Would definitely stay here again. It’s clean, bed is comfortable, aircon is strong, toilet is nice. Walls are thin so you can hear the rain and people talking but I’m a deep sleeper so it just felt homey and cozy to me haha

In the middle of ancient city, we easily walk around to explore city all day and night, however this location is not annoyed by crowded city and music sound at night. Staff here are very polite and helpful. Another special one is their creative concept of room feature and decoration with cleanliness. We really recommended.

My husband and I stayed in this cute cozy room. It was very comfortable but know that the ceiling is slanted. We liked it but some might find it crowding. Our mothers stayed in another room they loved. The location was perfect to be close to attractions but still peaceful. The cat is cute but prefers you to just look and not crowd it. The matcha latte with oat-milk is amazing! Staff is kind and helpful. I will come again!

The staff were really friendly (there's an adorable Shiba Inu too!) and let me borrow their washing machine as well. Xizhou is already very walkable and this hotel is very close to the center, so you'll have no issues finding places to eat and explore. Totally safe for solo female travellers.

The hotel main entrance is a coffee shop. The homestay is on their upper floor. The name of the homestay is call mishe "蜜舍". First time searching thr place, you may miss it. However, the host is nice and helpful. They contacted us a day early and guide us to their homestay. The homestay is located in strategic place easy to get arround in Dali Ancient city and places that need to use Didi or Taxi. The room we are staying is quit special where this is the highest floor near to the top floor with balcony. Inside the room is quit spacious, alot skylight which you can enjoy the night sky when you sleep, have sofa where you can hang up or watch TV... It's perfect for the couple. But I don't recommend for family with children or old folk and tall guys (because certain part ceiling is quit low😅). Unfortunately, during our stay one of the curtain was damage which we could not close thr window with curtain for the privacy. The rooftop balcony is under maintenance which we cannot use. Overall, we have a great stay in Dali.

Very nice location to stay while on holiday at Dali. Located right in the middle of Dali Ancient City. Direct public bus service (Service No 4 - RMB3) from Dali Train Station - approximately 1 hour ride. Nice view of Chan Shan from the hotel rooftop. The owner is very helpful if you need any help.

Very clean, inside the ancient city close to all the shops and attractions. Friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Hotel is very near acient city and entrance. The staff is very helpful and nice to us even though we cannot speak Chineses. Some corners are very chill and cute.

This is a great guest house. They do not serve food or drinks other than coffee, cakes, but there are places to eat everywhere in Dali Ancient City. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the room a good size. There is a washing machine (great if you are traveling more than a few days) and a great place to hang clothes to dry. Location is very central; it's a narrow street but a taxi can drive you to the door.

Nice place in the middle of the ancient city . But nothing special to write about. The staff was helpful. Good coffee in the coffee house down stairs

Very friendly staff and quiet place for this location. We will stay again when we come to dali next time.
