提前辦理了入住，而且前台説是特意給我們換的床比較多的房間，樓下兩張，樓上兩張，房間可以看到海，地理位置真的很好。因為是複式的原因，灰塵很大，我們打掃倆個小時。住了三天，發現白天沒人也是很積灰，可能還是太大了，而且全屋地板緣故容易積灰。樓上洗澡間下水比較慢，樓下排風壞掉了，前台説聯繫物業給修理，因為我比較潔癖的原因，告訴物業等我們離開後再來，打掃的阿姨給帶了香薰，我們基本都是用樓上的洗澡間。管理方面倒是很積極解決問題，但是建議最好能經常驗收一下放開設施設備。看看是否可以正常運作，是不是比發現問題再解決更好一點。電吹風的功率也有些小，建議改善一下。然後被罩枕套真的建議換換新，畢竟洗不出來的話就不要再努力了，看起來不夠白呀。牆面也被弄的有些臟，感覺還是後期維護和管理需要加強一些。畢竟這麼好的地段和公寓，是否用心去做，差別還是很大的。衞生和環境是酒店入住體驗必不可少的環境。有時候待客誠意也表現一個城市整體風貌嘛。

Excellent apar**ents. Traveled extensively in China. This is the best room we have ever lived in.
There are all amenities: hot water, separate toilet with shower, kitchen with washing machine, refrigerator and stove for cooking, two rooms (with a sofa and a bedroom with a bed), excellent view from the window, wifi, TV, kettle, etc.
Self-registration. You must contact the owner before registering. The owner is always in touch and explained everything clearly via WeChat, even to us - foreigners who do not speak Chinese.
