"Transportation was convenient as it is close to Wuhao Plaza Station on Subway Line 2! If you go to room 1418 on the 14th floor of the mixed-use building, it is open during the day, but locked in the evening. Don't panic; if you contact them via Trip.com Talk, someone from another location will come to check you in. They gave me room 2901 on the 29th floor, and the view was amazing since it was high enough to see the ocean in the distance. The room was spacious, and the king-size bed had a firm and comfortable mattress, so I slept soundly throughout the trip. The refrigerator was large, which was great for storing food. I got takeout from the nearby Dalian Laojie Night Market and ate it there. I added them on WeChat and sent them what I needed, and they arranged it right away. They provided disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, and disposable paper towels for both body and face. There is also a washing machine. The security was good because you need a card key to enter the ground-floor entrance. After staying for a day and finding the location good, I paid on-site, and they gave me a better price than Trip.com. Checking in on the first day was a bit difficult, but thanks to you, I had a great trip."

"I specifically traveled to Dalian for a trip and booked a high-priced sea-view room at this hotel through a platform, thinking I would have a comfortable travel and accommodation experience. However, the entire trip was completely ruined by this hotel, with an extremely poor stay experience and endless problems. From check-in to check-out, there wasn't a moment of comfort. All issues are true, and all details are reported as feedback to warn all tourists coming to Dalian to avoid this place! Firstly, the hotel engages in severe false advertising, with room types not matching the description and forced upselling. Upon arrival, the front desk only arranged a so-called sea-view room on the second floor, where the view outside the window was completely blocked by a huge canopy. This was a world apart from the meticulously edited sea-view promotional images on the merchant's page, a complete deception of consumers. We communicated our willingness to accept a high-floor standard room, but the hotel directly recommended a family room that we didn't need at all. Left with no choice, we were forced to pay an additional fee to upgrade to a high-floor sea-view room, paying a higher price but still not getting the matching accommodation quality. The upgraded room still had severe hygiene issues. The room had probably not been used for too long and was covered in a layer of dust, and the sea-view glass was also stained. The most absurd part was the shower and toilet. The layout was very problematic, with the shower exit directly facing the room door, and the toilet was even a sealed space without ventilation, and it smelled terribly. Upon discovering the problem, we immediately reported the terrible smell in the toilet to the front desk. The front desk said that the maintenance technician needed to have lunch and we would have to wait half an hour. We clearly stated that we could not wait, and the front desk then promised to specifically instruct the cleaning lady to deal with the toilet odor when cleaning the room. While we were out exploring, we even reminded the cleaning lady in person again to deal with the toilet smell, but she looked completely confused and unaware, with no proper handover of the task. When we returned to the room after a full day of sightseeing, the toilet smell had not improved at all and was still unbearable. We had no choice but to call the front desk a second time to report the problem. The front desk merely sprayed some pungent disinfectant as a perfunctory solution. Not only did it not eliminate the odor, but the strong, pungent smell of disinfectant mixed with the toilet odor made the entire room smell even worse, severely affecting our breathing and rest. The hotel did absolutely nothing and failed to address the root cause of the problem. The hotel's sound insulation was extremely poor, with no quietness day or night, making it impossible to rest properly all night, with continuous noise bombardment. This was the most frustrating issue during our stay; the room had almost no sound insulation, with continuous various noises bothering us 24/7, making it impossible to sleep or rest well. Late at night, when it was quiet, the sound of the TV from the adjacent room was clearly audible and highly distinct, severely disrupting sleep. The hotel is opposite an amusement park, and from its opening in the morning until its closing at night, there were continuous screams from tourists and noise from amusement facilities throughout the day, making it impossible to rest peacefully. Early the next morning, knocking and talking from the adjacent room were clearly audible, waking us directly. Late at night, we could still clearly hear people arguing downstairs for a whole hour, with continuous shouting and吵闹聲, making the whole night noisy and unbearable. We paid a high price for a sea-view room only to get continuous noise bombardment. The food delivery robot malfunctioned for two consecutive days, and the hotel front desk shirked responsibility, refused to verify, and made the guests suffer. First delivery incident: We ordered two food deliveries, and the delivery rider successfully delivered them and placed them all in the hotel's delivery robot. The robot successfully arrived at our room door but experienced a mechanical malfunction, only opening the upper compartment of the robot, with the lower compartment remaining completely closed. We could only retrieve the upper meal and had no idea there was another meal in the lower compartment. The robot then automatically returned. When we discovered one meal was missing, we immediately called the front desk to verify. The front desk did not verify, investigate, or check records, unilaterally shirked responsibility, and insisted that we had only ordered one meal. To find the missing meal, we went back and forth for over an hour, were forced to file a complaint on the delivery platform, and even almost got into a fierce argument with the delivery rider, causing unnecessary conflict. In the end, we went downstairs ourselves to investigate and found that the other meal had been quietly sitting in the robot's lower compartment the whole time. It was due to the hotel robot's malfunction and the hotel staff's dereliction of duty, yet guests were wronged, falsely accused, and troubled for nothing. Unexpectedly, the same food delivery robot problem occurred again the next day. The delivery platform showed that the delivery was successful, and we waited patiently in the room for a long time, but no robot came to deliver. We called the front desk again to inquire, and the front desk still habitually shirked responsibility and distorted the facts, insisting that the robot had already delivered it and that we hadn't picked up the meal ourselves. We immediately opened the door to check and happened to see the robot already preparing to return downstairs. Afterwards, the hotel forcefully shifted the blame to the guests, attributing it to our room phone not being properly hung up, which prevented the robot's doorbell from ringing. We proactively asked the front desk: if it's a device or doorbell malfunction, does the hotel not have any fallback solutions or remedial measures? The front desk remained speechless throughout, only continuously shirked responsibility, making guests bear the brunt and take the blame for all equipment malfunctions and hotel loopholes. Throughout our entire stay, this hotel offered nothing but high prices. False advertising to deceive consumers, forced upgrades of room types, substandard hygiene, unaddressed terrible toilet odor, terrible sound insulation with day and night noise pollution, continuous robot malfunctions, terrible staff service attitude, failure to solve problems, and only shirking responsibility and being perfunctory. What was supposed to be a happy trip to Dalian was completely ruined by this hotel in every aspect, leaving us physically and mentally exhausted and with an extremely poor experience. It is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, without exception. All tourists planning to visit Dalian, please avoid it at all costs, do not stay here!"

"Overall, it was pretty good. The hotel's interior environment was decent, with a 'Xianxia' (fantasy martial arts) theme and even Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) available. The room wasn't huge, but for families traveling with children, you could choose a room with a large and small bed. They also provided kids' toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers. Drying clothes wasn't super convenient, but there's a washer-dryer combo, and the front desk staff (both male and female) are happy to help with laundry. It was a bit warm when sleeping; perhaps a thinner duvet could be provided."

"Overall, the room was good. When I first saw it, I thought it would be noisy, but after checking in at night, I found it to be fine. With the windows closed, I couldn't hear any noise, so the soundproofing is actually quite good. Unless someone upstairs was deliberately stomping around loudly, I didn't find it noisy. During my five-day stay, only on the last night did my family find it a bit loud, but I didn't. The hygiene was also good. The main thing is that it's close to the sea, so it's very convenient to take the kids to the beach anytime. Getting a taxi and finding places to eat nearby are also quite convenient. Chenxi Tianjie is a few hundred meters away, and Gaoxin Wanda is a few kilometers away. There are breakfast shops, convenience stores, and dumpling shops right downstairs. Across the street, there's even a seafood BBQ place, although the stir-fried clams were a bit salty. In the evenings, there are many vendors selling various fruits, which is very convenient. If you're taking kids to the Shengya Ocean World, remember to buy tickets at the hotel; they're cheaper than buying them on-site. **They're both cheaper. I bought mine from Qunar.com and only realized the hotel's price was better after getting back to the hotel after my visit. I ended up paying about 20 yuan more."

Located in the heart of Donggang, with Zhongshan Square just a stone's throw away, the views from the window – a combination of city architecture and the bay – are truly unique. Getting around is incredibly convenient, whether by taxi, subway, or on foot. Riley's service shows a great attention to detail; even in seemingly minor things, you can feel the thoughtfulness. They called ahead to ask about my arrival time, confirmed the number of toiletries and slippers needed, and inquired about my preference for a higher or lower floor... The overall quietness of the hotel is excellent. Even during the National Day holiday when the hotel was fully booked and bustling with guests, I couldn't hear any noise in my room, ensuring a high quality of rest. The bathroom was also super spacious, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. During my stay, I also tried the seafood buffet on the sixth floor of the hotel, which was fantastic. If I ever have the chance to visit Dalian again, I'll definitely come back for a second stay."

It felt like they hired a bunch of temporary summer staff. I ate breakfast there for three days straight, and not a single dish was good; most items were instant food products. This is definitely not the quality you'd expect from a hotel in this price range. So disappointing!"
