MM349811****During my trip to Dalian, I chose the Atour Hotel Dalian Municipal Government Dongguan Street. The experience was simply amazing!
The hotel's location is exceptional, right near the Dalian Municipal Government's Guandong Street. Transportation is very convenient, with easy access to both the subway and bus stops. There are also numerous dining and shopping options nearby, making both dining and shopping very convenient.
I was also very pleased with the hotel's ambiance. The lobby is clean and bright, with a simple yet elegant décor, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The room was even more immaculate, with clean, soft bedding, making it incredibly comfortable and making me feel at home even during my trip. The room was fully equipped with amenities, including the air conditioning, TV, and shower, all of which worked perfectly. The shower's water temperature and pressure were especially perfect, making for a very pleasant shower.
The hotel's service was impeccable. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The front desk staff greeted us with a warm smile, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. They also patiently explained the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions. During our stay, the staff responded promptly and helped us with any needs we had. For example, we needed a disposable razor, and someone quickly delivered it to our room, which made us feel very cared for.

LLiangguniangOur first stop in Dalian was Jinshitan. The hotel's back entrance directly faces Gate 4 of the scenic area, leading right to a pebble beach. It's also very close to rocky areas perfect for tide-pooling. Our little one had a blast, catching crabs and hermit crabs. The room's facilities and amenities were quite satisfactory, and the service was excellent. Since our child has a habit of napping, the front desk was very accommodating and arranged a late check-out for us. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely visit again.

MM238302****Staying at the castle for Christmas was like stepping into a fairy tale! The giant Christmas tree in the lobby created an amazing atmosphere, and we even received some complimentary desserts upon check-in, which was a lovely touch. The sea view from our room was absolutely stunning, and there were cute Christmas decorations everywhere throughout the hotel. Even though it was peak season and quite busy, the staff were incredibly patient and attentive. All in all, it was a fantastic experience – definitely the top choice for Christmas accommodation in Dalian!

GGuest UserHuazhu Club’s first choice is Ibis! I haven't stayed in many express hotels nearby, but the environment and service are better than those nearby! Especially the staff at the front desk are very patient and enthusiastic. When I was using the computer downstairs at night, I found that some drunk guests were very rude. The young staff member Xiaogui Ning was very patient in explaining and guiding me! This is not easy! If you live near here, I highly recommend it! The TV can also project the screen, and I watched the S14 finals here!

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located about a 3-minute walk from Exit D of 西安路(Xianlu) Station, and it takes less than 30 minutes to get to the airport.
Right in front of the hotel, there’s a nightclub and a street lined with food stalls mainly frequented by locals. It gets lively at night. I stayed in a room facing the street, but since it was on the 6th floor, the noise from outside wasn’t too bothersome.
However, the soundproofing between rooms isn’t great. I could hear sounds from neighboring rooms.
The shower and toilet facilities are basic. Note that in some rooms, the bathroom isn’t fully separated from the rest of the space.
Two 500ml bottles of water were provided and replenished daily. Towels were replaced during daily cleaning, but it seemed like the sheets weren’t changed though that might be different for longer stays.
There’s no fridge in the room, but you can ask the front desk to store things in their staff refrigerator if needed.
Foreigners can stay here without any issues. During my 3-night stay, there was a different staff member at the front desk each day, but everyone was friendly and helpful. They actively assisted me when I had any issues, and I’m really grateful for that.
Even if you don’t speak Chinese, using a translation app works fine. For basic things like check-in and check-out, you won’t need Chinese at all.

MMeiguihuapaochaWent to Dalian with friends and checked out all the five-star hotels there. We finally settled on the Shangri-La and were very satisfied. We had booked two rooms beforehand because we wanted to see them before deciding which one to stay in. Yilia assisted us, explaining the differences between the rooms and showing them to us. We ultimately chose the Deluxe Twin Room, and all our requests were met. The floor was great, and the view was excellent. They even knew it was my birthday and decorated the room for me, sending a cake and red wine. A big thank you to the lovely Yilia!
As for the hotel itself, as a well-established five-star hotel, the Shangri-La truly lives up to its reputation in terms of decor, facilities, location, and service – all five-star quality. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Dalian.

TTuzi-laohuTraveling with my elderly parents and a lot of luggage, I was so touched by how helpful everyone was. A big thank you to the front desk staff at China Southern Airlines Pearl Hotel Dalian – Xiao Gu, Xiao Yang, and Xiao Gu – as well as all the shuttle drivers. The restaurant service was also fantastic; they even delivered food to my room, and the meals were delicious. A special shout-out to Ms. Jiang from housekeeping for her assistance late at night, which I truly appreciated.

1109362****I really like Kempinski. While we were still in Harbin, they called to ask about our needs and proactively offered us a complimentary upgrade to a VIP twin room. The room was huge, the bathroom was large (about 10 square meters, bright and airy with a window), and the wardrobe was spacious enough to fit large suitcases. The tea area was a separate space, offering privacy and comfort. There were plenty of surfaces to neatly organize various items, which was fantastic (a large bay window ledge, a shelf above the headboard, and various shelves around the TV). Additionally, they noticed we drink a lot of water and provided us with many bottles daily.
All their services are excellent, the hotel environment is great, and the location is convenient for getting around. Our stay there was a very good experience. For dining and local specialties, Dalian Mall is just a 5-6 minute walk away. The first floor sells various snacks, freshly prepared cooked food, and local products. Before heading back to Shanghai, we went there to buy all sorts of local foods.

MM…C…MAmazing hotel with a reasonable price. Room interior was very new and so beautiful. Toilet with bath tub and separate shower area and have all toiletries. Hotel staff were very good and helpful. At front desk no.8 front desk girl give us all support during our stay. Hotel was located at the city center with all shopping and attractions with in 10 minutes drive. We love to stay here again. It was so comfortable and pleasant stay
