AAnonymous UserI was quite satisfied with my stay this time. In terms of facilities, the charging ports in the room were conveniently located, and the bedside lamp had just the right brightness. The hygiene was impeccable; the bedding was clean and odorless, and the bathroom counters and floors were spotless. The service was very attentive; the front desk staff proactively informed us about the hotel's services, and the cleaning staff were very thorough during their rounds without disturbing our rest.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay! The staff, especially the lady who helped me, was incredibly warm and welcoming. The front desk offers complimentary coffee and honey water, which was a nice touch. The environment is beautiful, and I loved that I could try on traditional costumes for free. There's also delicious seafood nearby, along with many other local snacks. The transportation is super convenient. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

GGuest UserThe hotel was very considerate. A butler contacted us the day before to confirm our estimated arrival time. We arrived early, around 11 AM, and planned to check our luggage and go out for lunch. However, the front desk immediately checked us in and even upgraded our room, saying there was no need to wait. The hotel has deer, which was a delightful surprise for my child to see by the roadside. Food delivery was very convenient, with a robot bringing it straight to our room. The viewing platform on the fifth floor was absolutely stunning. It's also very close to Xinghai Square and Silver Beach. My child loved it. We arrived on Valentine's Day, and dinner at the buffet restaurant was very convenient.

GGuest UserThe room was well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with comfortable bedding. Staff members Huang Zitao, JJ Lin, and Jackson Yee provided outstanding service. Huang Zitao was warm, friendly, and professional. JJ Lin and Jackson Yee gave a detailed explanation of the check-in process and even offered to connect on WeChat, assuring us they would respond immediately to any needs throughout our stay. This trip was to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with a special cake and fruit, which was a wonderful touch. We were extremely satisfied.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located about a 3-minute walk from Exit D of 西安路(Xianlu) Station, and it takes less than 30 minutes to get to the airport.
Right in front of the hotel, there’s a nightclub and a street lined with food stalls mainly frequented by locals. It gets lively at night. I stayed in a room facing the street, but since it was on the 6th floor, the noise from outside wasn’t too bothersome.
However, the soundproofing between rooms isn’t great. I could hear sounds from neighboring rooms.
The shower and toilet facilities are basic. Note that in some rooms, the bathroom isn’t fully separated from the rest of the space.
Two 500ml bottles of water were provided and replenished daily. Towels were replaced during daily cleaning, but it seemed like the sheets weren’t changed though that might be different for longer stays.
There’s no fridge in the room, but you can ask the front desk to store things in their staff refrigerator if needed.
Foreigners can stay here without any issues. During my 3-night stay, there was a different staff member at the front desk each day, but everyone was friendly and helpful. They actively assisted me when I had any issues, and I’m really grateful for that.
Even if you don’t speak Chinese, using a translation app works fine. For basic things like check-in and check-out, you won’t need Chinese at all.

GGuest UserHuazhu Club’s first choice is Ibis! I haven't stayed in many express hotels nearby, but the environment and service are better than those nearby! Especially the staff at the front desk are very patient and enthusiastic. When I was using the computer downstairs at night, I found that some drunk guests were very rude. The young staff member Xiaogui Ning was very patient in explaining and guiding me! This is not easy! If you live near here, I highly recommend it! The TV can also project the screen, and I watched the S14 finals here!

As a business traveler, I urgently needed to print some documents, and Allen not only helped me quickly but also carefully checked the formatting, preventing any delays to my schedule. When I checked in, he remembered my preference for a quiet room and proactively arranged a room facing away from the road. These thoughtful details truly show how much he cares. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, and I applaud Allen for his professionalism!

GGuest UserI originally booked a king-size bed room without windows, but when I checked in, the front desk lady upgraded me to a family room for free. It has an extra-large double bed and a single bed. The room is large and well decorated. It is very close to Xi'an Road subway station. The price/performance ratio is great. I will stay here again next time. I highly recommend it.
