GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a fantastic location. Right outside, you'll find a scenic viewing platform, conveniently situated between Gates 3 and 4. For just 20 RMB, you can enjoy unlimited rides on the shuttle bus all day, which conveniently connects all gates from 1 to 7. Gates 3 and 7 offer water activities, while Gate 6 features a charming beach dotted with pink tents. If you're looking for dining options, Gates 1 and 2 have a wider selection. In the evenings, Gate 3 also hosts vibrant stage performances. The hotel rooms are generously sized. Photos 1, 7, and 10-13 below were all taken from the hotel balcony, showcasing the stunning views. In the evenings, you can clearly hear the lively buzz from the Gate 3 performances, and at 9:30 PM, you're treated to the spectacular fireworks display from Discoveryland. It's also a perfect spot to catch the sunrise in the morning.

GGuest UserWe visited Luneng Hot Spring with our kids and had a great family time. The hot spring was relaxing, and the kids really enjoyed the play areas and child-friendly pools. One of the best parts of our stay was the excellent help we received from Brynn, a staff member who spoke English very well. Since we don’t speak Chinese, her support made everything easier—from room service to general questions. She was kind, professional, and even checked on us after we left. Thanks to her and the friendly staff, our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families!0412

Huang Zitao was warm, friendly, and professional. JJ Lin and Jackson Yee gave a detailed explanation of the check-in process and even offered to connect on WeChat, assuring us they would respond immediately to any needs throughout our stay. This trip was to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with a special cake and fruit, which was a wonderful touch. We were extremely satisfied.

GGuest UserThe Crowne Plaza Dalian Sports Center was perfect. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the meticulous service. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional. They quickly checked me in and also introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions. The room design is elegant and stylish, the view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is refreshing, and the bedding is soft and comfortable as if sleeping in the clouds. I especially like the details of the bathroom - the smart toilet, high-end toiletries and instant heating system show the quality. The hotel's catering is full of surprises: the breakfast buffet is rich in variety, and the local specialties at the freshly cooked stalls are endless; the night view cocktail experience at the rooftop bar is unique. The gym is fully equipped, the water quality of the constant temperature swimming pool is clear, and the spa completely relieves the fatigue of the journey. This kind of home-like service makes people feel warm. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is the absolute first choice. Looking forward to seeing you next time!

GGuest UserWe were here with our child for a competition, and this was the designated hotel. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and promptly upgraded us to a suite. After checking in, we found there were no children's slippers or toiletries in the room, so we had to call to have them delivered. Later that evening, when my child wanted to take a bath, we discovered some curly hair on the bath salts – it was quite unappealing, and we had to ask for them to be replaced. We also ended up receiving children's toothbrushes four times, delivered by a combination of three staff members and a robot. To top it off, the comb packaging was empty. Admittedly, the staff's attitude was consistently excellent, and the facilities met five-star standards, with free parking for guests. Despite these inconveniences, I still rated it five stars, understanding that running a hotel is no easy feat. I would suggest the hotel improve its hygiene and attention to detail to provide guests with an even better experience.

AAnonymous UserWe only stayed for one night and checked out first thing in the morning to move to a different hotel. While we can accept a hotel being old and dated, cleanliness is non-negotiable. The drinking glasses had visible dirty water stains (which unfortunately didn't show up in photos), forcing me to wash them myself. The individually wrapped cotton swabs had an unidentified red residue when opened, rendering them unusable. There was hair in the bathtub, and the carpet was simply filthy. Furthermore, the room was incredibly dimly lit, and a massive pillar was inconveniently placed, obstructing the space. The desk lamp was also broken, making it impossible for my child to do any homework. As for breakfast, the steamed buns were hands down the worst I've ever tasted – so bad they almost brought me to tears. The only positive aspect was the excellent service attitude of the staff.

KKoshkina AnastasiiaThe hotel isn't new, but it's well-maintained, and the landscaping is beyond reproach! We took the metro to the final station, then a Didi/Alipay taxi. It was 14:00 there and 18:00 back. We booked a very basic room with one large bed, which looked like it was 2 by 2 meters. We stayed in November. The whole hotel was warm. There's a separate area with large indoor pools and slides for children aged 3 or older. The onsen itself is divided into three equal parts: one common area and two specifically for men and women, where swimsuits are not allowed. The common area has two outdoor onsen and a large heated pool. The women's area has a more fun outdoor landscape and baths than the common area. There were always crowds of people there. Sometimes it was children screaming and splashing around. Sometimes it was just peace and quiet. It closes at 9:00 PM, so we were practically alone in the evening. It's a perfect place for autumn! The air is cool, and sitting in the bath by the moonlight is pure bliss!!! There are also separate foot baths outside. They also have a really great atmosphere. We looked at the menu; the dishes were complex, with lots of sauces and seafood. The prices were high, but we didn't feel like eating them. The breakfast was beautifully presented, but rather basic, nothing special. We had the same at the Ibis. Overall, we were very pleased! You could stay for 2-3 days and really chill out, if only the food was more basic or we could get the hang of delivery. We paid 12,400 rubles per night; we were with a 10-year-old child, but he's not very expensive, so there were no extra charges. Overall, it was a great experience for the cold season! We recommend it.

VVerusha GovenderBayshore hotel was an amazing stay we stayed in the family suite and it met our expectations. Everything was clean and spacious, the breakfast was okay, they did t have much of a western spread but it was up to standards just the food was always cold. The location was great it was really close to Xinghai park and xinghai square. The only issue we had was the elevator I know the concept of the twin elevator was innovative but during peak time you would wait a good 5 to 10 min for the elevator. However the stay was great and I would definitely consider staying at bayshore hotel again.
