"Five-star review! While this hotel doesn't boast five-star facilities, its service far surpasses many newly renovated hotels, offering a truly heartwarming experience. Service: The steps at the entrance were quite high, and the staff, seeing us with luggage, immediately came over to help carry it up. It was incredibly thoughtful. The room hygiene was meticulously maintained, with every corner spotless. Special mention goes to the older staff members at the front desk; they are steady, thorough, and their service is attentive and sincere. Room: The room was spacious and open, with plenty of power outlets, making it super convenient to charge phones and power banks at any time. Cleanliness: Excellent and thorough. I had read reviews mentioning only paper cups and was a bit hesitant, but upon arrival, I saw that in addition to regular reusable cups, they also provided paper cups! Facilities: Not brand new, but very comfortable. The only minor issue was some water accumulation in the bathroom after a long shower, but it was manageable. Overall, it offers great value for money. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dalian! Outside the hotel, there are countless snack stalls, breakfast spots, and supermarkets, and the old-fashioned tram makes getting around incredibly convenient."

The hotel is a delisted Lavande, so the original infrastructure is very complete, the price is first-class equivalent to using a small 100 to live more than 200 Lavande. Lavande Hotel quality control has nothing to say: full details! The bedding is a five-star standard goose down quilt, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, although the window is a community scenery, but I am not very sensitive to the scenery and pay more attention to the comfort of sleep. Now Lavande's bath products have not been consumed, so even the toiletries are still Lavande. It is really costing half of the original money to live in Lavande. I am so satisfied. It's right opposite Pavilion, and there's an underground passage directly from the hotel so you don't even have to brave the cold outside. Housekeeping came to clean every day, and ordering takeout was super convenient – a robot even delivered it right to my door! One night I was really craving a can of peaches. I ordered some via delivery, but I couldn't open the can myself. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and enthusiastically twisted it open for me. I really appreciate it – they saved my late-night craving! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dalian!"
