The front desk staff, especially the lady, was very kind and even gave us a free room upgrade. It's definitely a worthwhile stay if you're visiting Dalian. The location is convenient, not far from the city center, and the service attitude was fantastic. The hotel is also very clean, and considering the season, it offers superb value. The front desk lady was truly lovely. The bedding was spotless, and the shower had great water pressure – very refreshing and comfortable."

Stepping onto the heated floor after a shower felt like walking barefoot on a sun-drenched beach 🏖️, and even the towels carried the scent of sunshine. 💡 The secret to a happy stay The corner sofa area has hidden charging ports 🔌, and the desk lamp offers a perfect eye-friendly light mode. Pulling back the curtains in the morning, the sunlight creeps up the bedsheets along the wood grain ☀️. In that moment, I suddenly understood: a good stay isn't about lavish embellishments, but about every detail becoming a tender embrace 💕."

"The location is excellent, just an eight-minute walk from Dalian Station. Downstairs is Qingniwaqiao Subway Station, directly opposite Pavilion shopping mall, and next to Dashang. From the bus stop in front of Pavilion, you can take a direct bus to Forest Zoo and Yinshatan Beach, and even reach a good photo spot for the cross-sea bridge. Taking the subway to Xinghai Square, Xinghai Park, and Sea-rhyme Park is also very convenient. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation."

"I stayed at the China Southern Pearl Hotel again on this trip to Dalian, mainly because of the excellent service, great room conditions, and its proximity to the airport. This time, the hotel also added a complimentary late-night snack service, offering free hot congee and side dishes, which is a very thoughtful gesture for guests arriving late. The breakfast selection has become even richer than before, with different options daily and flavors that cater to every guest's taste. The service from staff member Xiao Hong was exceptionally attentive; she proactively offered hot congee to guests facing health difficulties, along with warm and considerate words, which was truly touching. Front desk staff Xiao Zhao and Xiao Ru also provided excellent service, helping guests resolve practical issues."

"Extremely clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was also very kind. The room was much larger than expected, the bedding was clean with no strange odors, the AC cooled down quickly, and the shower had plenty of hot water (and stable temperature!). The front desk even recommended some affordable local eateries nearby (there's a night market just a 3-minute walk away!). While the facilities aren't luxurious, they have everything you need (fast WiFi, plenty of outlets, a large mirror), perfectly meeting the needs for a short stay. This place is incredible value for money – a no-brainer for students and budget travelers!"

"The hotel is located a few hundred meters from Zhongshan Square, about a 10-minute walk, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. During Golden Week, it was hard to get a taxi, often waiting over half an hour, but the subway is also within a 10-minute walk. The pool is advertised as the largest in Dalian, but in reality, half of it is very shallow and only suitable for young children to play in, not for actual swimming. So, effectively, only half of the pool is usable. The extra-large 2.4-meter bed turned out to be two 1.2-meter beds pushed together (as shown in image 4). The room window can be opened, and through the French windows, you can glimpse the sea in the distance between the buildings of the Shangri-La across the street. The room also came with complimentary premium bottled water and local Dalian snacks. The breakfast was quite rich."

"Facilities: The hotel's facilities are quite old, and the rooms aren't very spacious, but overall, they are well-maintained, especially considering it's a nearly 30-year-old hotel. Cleanliness: Initially, I found some minor cleanliness issues in the room. I contacted Manager Ning from the front desk, and she promptly arranged a room change and offered appropriate compensation. Overall, I was very satisfied with my two-day stay. Service: Throughout my stay, Manager Ning was always very friendly and greeted me warmly, whether in the lounge, lobby, or elevator. In short, she provided a very welcoming experience for guests. I would definitely come back again! Dining: The breakfast was very rich and varied, and there was also an à la carte menu available in the lounge. This menu featured many local specialties, such as kidney bean and clam noodles, oyster omelets, sea cucumber noodles, and so on. The overall quality of the food, whether for breakfast or happy hour, was very high."
