"I brought my family to Dalian for a short trip and stayed at the Guoshi Hotel. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and giving it a five-star rating. The location is perfect for traveling with seniors and children; it's very close to the Gangwan Square subway station, making it easy to get to major attractions without dragging luggage around. There are breakfast shops and fruit stores downstairs, so getting food is very convenient. You can also walk to the shopping district without needing to drive. The value for money completely exceeded my expectations; it's rare to find such spacious and clean rooms at this price in a city center location. The room was meticulously cleaned, and the beds were wide enough for my whole family to stay comfortably without feeling cramped. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, which is very convenient when showering with kids, and the hot water supply is stable. The soundproofing is good too, so we weren't disturbed by hallway noise. The front desk service was thoughtful; check-in was simple and quick, and they were always ready to help when needed. Most hotels at a similar price point nearby are often small and have average hygiene, but this one is well-balanced in all aspects, offering a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. My whole family feels we made the right choice, and we'll definitely prioritize booking this hotel again when we visit Dalian next time."

"During my child's crucial college entrance exam period, I'm incredibly grateful to Hampton for providing such a quiet environment, blessings, and thoughtful service. Everything was perfect, from the early check-in to the late check-out, from the quiet hallways to the 'good luck on your exams' wishes at the door, and from the complimentary room upgrade to the detailed, handwritten welcome note. Every little touch was heartwarming. Many thanks to Xiao Qiu and Xiao Li for their excellent service, which made our stay at Hampton a truly wonderful memory."

"Although the hotel is listed as the 'Zhongshan Square branch,' it's actually just a short tram ride on Route 201 from Dalian Station to Sanba Square, and the Xihe Hotel is directly across the street. Being in Dalian's old town, the hotel building definitely shows its age, looking a bit worn. The laundry room on the first floor seems like a later addition. The room facilities are a bit dated, but the cleanliness is decent. Soundproofing isn't great, and breakfast isn't included. The good news is that there's a night market and regular market right next to the hotel, along with plenty of other shops and businesses nearby. Transportation is convenient, and finding food is a breeze."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service Beyond Expectations We had a wonderful experience at Southern Airlines Pearl Hotel during our transit in Dalian. As we were travelling with a young child, several large pieces of luggage, and a late-night flight, we were quite concerned about the transfer arrangements. However, the hotel team went above and beyond to make our journey smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Ms. 孔, Ms. 赵, and Mr. 姜 (Ginger) for their exceptional service and hospitality. They recognised our family's needs immediately and kindly arranged the airport shuttle service for us late at night. They also assisted us with our luggage all the way from the airport to our hotel room with great care and professionalism. Their attentiveness and willingness to help made a tremendous difference to our travel experience. The seamless airport transfer and warm hospitality allowed our family to relax after a long journey. My wife was particularly impressed by the level of service provided. Although the hotel facilities may be comparable to a good airport hotel, the service standard is truly at a 5-star level. Being associated with China Southern Airlines, the hotel clearly demonstrates a high standard of hospitality and customer care. We would also like to thank the front desk staff, shuttle bus driver, and the entire hotel team for their friendliness, efficiency, and dedication. A special thank you as well for the lovely China Southern Airlines souvenir airplane keychain, which brought a big smile to our little one. "I stayed at this hotel for three nights during my trip to Dalian, and it was a great experience. The room was spacious and bright, with twin beds, a coffee table, a sofa, and a mini-fridge. The bathroom and toilet were in separate small rooms, and there was also a separate washroom, so there was plenty of space. The bedding was clean, relatively new, and very comfortable to sleep on. You need your room card to access the upper floors, which felt very secure. Within a five-minute walk, there's the Youhao Square subway station and a Lawson convenience store. I received welcome fruits upon check-in, and the staff were proactive and friendly in their service."

"This hotel makes up for its outdated facilities with excellent service. I'm giving it 4 stars because the front desk staff, especially one woman, was incredibly helpful. The first room I was given had a strange smell, and when I mentioned it, she patiently showed me several other rooms late at night. I really hope the owner considers upgrading the facilities. Oh, and the location is fantastic – right next to Dalian Station, and lines 3/5 are just a 2-minute walk across the street, making it super convenient for getting around."

The itinerary perfectly balanced attractions both near and far, came with a list of affordable and authentic local eateries, and even included thoughtful reminders about the weather and parking spots. Xiao Jia was incredibly kind and considerate, with an all-encompassing plan. The service was meticulous and professional, and they even offered luggage storage after check-out."

"The newly opened Atour Hotel has a good location, between Zhongshan Square and the Russian-style street. The entire building seems to have been renovated, as there was a strong smell as soon as you entered. All the facilities are complete, and the front desk service is excellent, responding promptly to customer needs. However, the housekeeping staff needs training. I reminded them to clean the room before I left, but when I returned, it was completely untouched; the only thing they changed was emptying the trash can. It was both frustrating and laughable. The room and hallway smelled quite strong, making my eyes and throat hurt. I had to ask for an air purifier from the first day until the second day, and it finally arrived on the afternoon of the second day. If you're traveling with children, you should probably think twice. I would consider going again next time."

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a 500-meter walk to the bus station, providing easy access to attractions like Donggang and Dongguan Street. You can also take the 201 tram. Downstairs, there are several restaurants offering various cuisines, as well as a Lawson convenience store. Overall, the hotel environment is comfortable, rooms are spacious, and service is excellent. The family rooms are very large, perfect for a family trip. However, I wouldn't recommend booking a sea-view room during summer due to intense sun exposure. The guest rooms are located above the 33rd floor. Since the elevators are shared by several hotels, waiting times can be excessively long. Additionally, there's no air conditioning in the elevator lobby or inside the elevators themselves, which significantly detracts from the experience. Please consider this when booking."
