"I stayed at this apartment for five nights in Dalian and was unexpectedly satisfied. It's incredibly convenient for airport transfers, with direct access via Metro Line 2. Located in Donggang, the sea views are stunning and within walking distance. Public transport, including buses and the metro, makes it easy to reach various attractions and commercial areas. With your room card, the fourth-floor elevator provides direct access to Kaidan Plaza, which offers a fantastic and affordable selection of dining options. There's also a Better You supermarket on the mall's basement level. Seafood stalls offer free cooking services for purchases over 80 yuan, and you get a 2% discount when paying with your Fraser Place room card. The room was clean and well-maintained, with excellent amenities, even laundry detergent, which was a very thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and responded quickly. Overall, it was a perfect stay. I highly recommend Fraser Place if you're visiting Dalian."

The room was quite spacious, and the best part is there's a supermarket right outside, which is incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a pretty comfortable stay. If you don't have extremely high expectations, it's definitely worth checking out."

"This brand-new hotel is fantastic! The rooms are well-equipped, and the premium mattress made for a very comfortable sleep. The hotel staff provided excellent service. The hot water shower has smart temperature control and great water pressure. Breakfast was varied and the environment was pleasant. The location is super convenient for getting around, and Wanda Plaza is within walking distance. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time."

"Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Before checking in, I received a call from Emily who carefully asked about my needs, and during my stay, she helped me resolve everything I needed. The lobby upon entering was very bright, and indeed, there were a lot of people during the May Day holiday. The location is excellent, making travel convenient, with Qiqi Street, a plaza, and a park right nearby. The staff were also responsive to my requests. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's well-maintained, and the five-star service quality is definitely there. I would consider staying here again next time."

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, nestled right between Zhongshan Square and Youhao Square. It's only a few hundred meters from two metro stations, and Line 2 offers convenient access to both the airport and the high-speed rail station. You can easily walk to Russian Street and Tianjin Street. From the upper floors, you get a great view of Zhongshan Square, and on a clear day, you can even see Donggang. A big shout-out to the doorman – even when it was raining and windy in Dalian, he was out there in his short-sleeved uniform, still offering excellent service without a hint of reluctance. Another thumbs up to Amy Cai, the lounge supervisor, for her warmth, dedication, and professionalism! 👍 However, as an older five-star hotel, you can sense both the stubbornness and the compromises that come with age in several areas. Breakfast is served in the café on the 6th floor, which feels quite cramped, especially during peak hours when it can get incredibly crowded. The door from the gym reception to the actual fitness area left quite an impression; if it weren't for the staff repeatedly gesturing for me to push it open, I would have thought I’d gone to the wrong place. While the gym has a good variety of equipment, it's packed in very tightly, and the overall quality is a bit lower compared to other InterContinental hotels. Nevertheless, these minor flaws don't detract from the overall experience. All things considered, it offers great value for money, and if you're looking to stay in Dalian's old town, I'd highly recommend this InterContinental."

"The room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view from the large windows. It's right opposite Pavilion, and there's an underground passage directly from the hotel so you don't even have to brave the cold outside. Housekeeping came to clean every day, and ordering takeout was super convenient – a robot even delivered it right to my door! One night I was really craving a can of peaches. I ordered some via delivery, but I couldn't open the can myself. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and enthusiastically twisted it open for me. I really appreciate it – they saved my late-night craving! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dalian!"

Knowing we were tourists, she patiently explained the hotel facilities and even proactively arranged a high-floor room for us with excellent light and a fantastic view. The room itself is spacious and airy, with a well-organized and logical layout. The hotel's breakfast selection is incredibly rich, offering a wide array of Chinese and Western dishes, fruits, and desserts, all of which taste great. The facilities are top-notch, and the service is meticulous. Lisa's warm, thoughtful, and detailed service made us feel truly welcome and made our Dalian trip even more wonderful!"

"This newly opened hotel boasts excellent cleanliness and facilities. Its location is superb, right in front of the sea-spanning bridge, and there's a large, free public parking area nearby. While parking can be a bit challenging during peak mealtimes due to the abundance of restaurants in the vicinity, it's very convenient for travelers returning late, as there are plenty of spots available at the hotel. The hotel's breakfast is also great, and most importantly, it tastes delicious!"

All the employees smiled and greeted guests proactively, treating everyone with kindness and attentiveness, which made me feel warm and truly at home. The hotel's gym was also very satisfying, with a full range of well-maintained and clean exercise equipment that perfectly met my daily workout needs. "Hotels in Dalian are indeed cheaper during the off-season. I chose one based on Trip.com's recommendation, and the customer service reached out half a day beforehand to confirm my check-in time. They even allowed an early check-in since a room was available, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel boasts modern facilities, including a projector. It was rainy during my stay, so watching movies on the big screen in the hotel was incredibly enjoyable. The front desk also provided umbrellas. There are many popular attractions around the hotel, and Zhongshan Square is just an 800-meter walk away. The room had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and you could grab water freely from the front desk. They also offered coffee and honey water upon request. The laundry room on the first floor was very comfortable. Kudos to all the staff for their excellent service!"
