"Such an amazing place. Near to metro station and venice city. Opposite the establishment are a lot of restaurants and street food plus our favourite icecream shop. We arrived really early and the got our room ready by 9:00 in the morning instead of thr normal check in time. Big room, amazing views plus free washing machine and fridge. They guve free drinking water whenever you ask and the wi-fi is fast. Very secure place and friendly reception. You get to scan their wechat account and anything you need is delivered once you ask before 4:00 evening. I must stay me and my friends had an amazing stay and we stored our luggage and went for a stroll in tiwn and everythying was ok.. i higly recommend this place for stays in Dalian"

"If you're coming to Dalian, you have to book a hotel by the sea! This guesthouse is right in Xinghai Square, facing the ocean, yet it's quiet and peaceful. The environment is really relaxing, living up to its name, 'Elegant and Stylish'.
The guesthouse has six floors. We booked a twin room on the second floor, and the view was already great; I'm sure the rooms on the higher floors are even better! There's an observation deck on the sixth floor, perfect for taking photos of the seascape during the day 🏖️ and the beautiful lights at night 🌉.
The room was very clean and tidy 🛏️, without excessive decoration, which actually made it feel more relaxing. It was very spacious; a double bed could easily accommodate three people. The amenities were complete, and the hot water was excellent 🚿.
The owner provided excellent service, including afternoon tea. They thoughtfully recommended nearby attractions and delicious food 👍🏻. The breakfast was abundant and very healthy, which I loved!
For the off-season, the price wasn't expensive at all. It was a wonderful stay!"

Very good, considerate, attentive and patient. I didn't want to go out, and they ordered coffee for me and sent it to the room.

The sea is right outside the door, and the balcony is where you can watch the sunrise. The pink curtains, white sheets, and warm lighting are so comfortable.
3⃣️Food
Next to it is Pinhai Building, and there are coffee shops downstairs. You can stroll along the beach after dinner.
4⃣️Transportation
Very convenient, Dalian Station, take the subway, Line 5, and arrive in 3 minutes after exiting the subway.
5⃣️Labrador
The Labrador in the coffee shop is super docile. It recognized me after I stayed there for two days and played with me.

The B&B is located at Dalian Fisherman's Wharf, directly opposite the sea. The first floor is a breakfast restaurant + coffee bar, and the second floor is a B&B. The overall accommodation is very retro and very photogenic.
The environment is super good. I stayed in a triple room for two nights and a quadruple room for one night. The price is fair and reasonable! I came before May Day so there weren't that many people.
The big bed in the room faces the sea, it has a duplex structure, dry and wet separation, clean bedding, and it is pet-friendly! ! ! I brought a kitten and a puppy. My dog is very well behaved and doesn't bark. The staff will also take care of the kittens and puppies.
Travel photography at the pier: I especially want to praise the travel photography! The retouching is super natural, I’m not even wearing any makeup! The photos you took of me look really good. I’ll give you five for free! Posting to Moments is especially chill
Service: The breakfast is very good, and the best way to describe it is clean! The wontons are freshly made by the old man, the noodles are all hand-rolled, the shrimp paste is especially delicious, and the Italian meat sauce is not bad either! I want to praise the coffee, the Americano and latte are very pure~

EE0108****A very memorable weekend trip. I booked a sea view garden room on Ctrip, and the front desk upgraded it to a sea view garden suite for free. It was a 180-degree unbeatable sea view. The afternoon tea snacks and fruits were of high quality. All the drinks in the small refrigerator were free, and the breakfast was also rich. After checking out, the hotel also gave us a gift. I have been to many places in China, and the Kowloon Bay Full Sea View Hotel left me with a very good impression. I hope to have the opportunity to come again in the future. The hotel has an excellent geographical location, with one mountain and two seas, and is very close to the first mountain in southern Liaoning-Dahei Mountain. Across the road from the hotel is Tongniuling, which is surrounded by mountains and the sea, and the scenery is pleasant. In the colorful autumn, between the mountains and the sea, encountering this hotel is the most beautiful encounter!

Being so close to Xinghai Beach was a game-changer—I loved starting my mornings with a stroll on the sand. The hotel itself felt really welcoming, with cozy rooms that made me feel right at home. The staff were really friendly, always ready to chat or offer tips on what to see in the area. There's usually sojourners who can speak English to help international tourists. It was the perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploring. I’m already planning my next visit!

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a fantastic location. Right outside, you'll find a scenic viewing platform, conveniently situated between Gates 3 and 4. For just 20 RMB, you can enjoy unlimited rides on the shuttle bus all day, which conveniently connects all gates from 1 to 7. Gates 3 and 7 offer water activities, while Gate 6 features a charming beach dotted with pink tents. If you're looking for dining options, Gates 1 and 2 have a wider selection. In the evenings, Gate 3 also hosts vibrant stage performances. The hotel rooms are generously sized. Photos 1, 7, and 10-13 below were all taken from the hotel balcony, showcasing the stunning views. In the evenings, you can clearly hear the lively buzz from the Gate 3 performances, and at 9:30 PM, you're treated to the spectacular fireworks display from Discoveryland. It's also a perfect spot to catch the sunrise in the morning.

LLorna.We look forward to returning again next year! The hotel is very thoughtful. We arrived on a night where it was raining really hard. They had someone outside with an umbrella to walk guests in and helped with luggages. This is a gesture I haven’t seen any hotels do. Doris our housekeeper was excellent. She’s so friendly and down to earth we loved seeing her in the hallways.

Huang Zitao was warm, friendly, and professional. JJ Lin and Jackson Yee gave a detailed explanation of the check-in process and even offered to connect on WeChat, assuring us they would respond immediately to any needs throughout our stay. This trip was to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with a special cake and fruit, which was a wonderful touch. We were extremely satisfied.

HHongxingdaiwoquzhandouFacilities: A bit dated, with small cracks on the cabinet above the mini-fridge and some wall areas, as shown in the last two photos. Overall, it's nothing major and doesn't affect the stay; considering it's a hotel over ten years old, one shouldn't be too demanding. The hotel's facilities are generally complete, with standard luxury hotel amenities. The breakfast is decent; it offers more variety than some Westins but less than some Marriotts. However, the quality is good, especially the desserts which are delicious, and there's a wide selection of juices and milk. Some Marriott hotels even offer a full Cantonese dim sum spread, whereas here there are only a few hot dishes, making the variety seem limited, but the taste is excellent. The potatoes in the pork rib stew are very fragrant, and the boiled shrimp are quite large. All the fruits weren't sweet enough; the fruit quality could be improved.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Environment: A landmark building in Dalian, nestled against the mountain and overlooking the sea – definitely worth a visit. It's even more stunning for photos at night. It's about a 10 to 15-minute walk downhill, and a bit far from the subway station, but it's away from the city's hustle and bustle, and getting a taxi is very convenient. There's a sky garden on the 5th floor, and the lobby is magnificent; any photo taken there looks great.
Service: Thoughtful and attentive. Someone helps open car doors and handle luggage upon arrival. There's a dedicated butler service that tries its best to accommodate reasonable guest requests. The mini-bar requires extra payment, but a welcome fruit platter and dessert were provided, along with a large bottle of homemade beer. This hotel's beer isn't available online, but it's genuinely delicious.

The room had a beautiful view, the breakfast was delicious, and above all, I was deeply impressed by the exceptional kindness and professionalism of the staff.
I would especially like to thank Lily and Yaya at the reception for their warm hospitality, and I am also grateful to every other staff member who made my stay so pleasant.
This is truly an outstanding hotel, and I would be happy to return in the future. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Hilton, the same affiliate, and although I stayed at the hotel for a short time due to late hours and early check-out, I was very satisfied with the service of the staff. KKuaileshenghuo-kuailelvxingThe hotel is located in the north of Yinshatan Park, with a garden-style garden. Although the decoration is old, except for the carpet, the facilities are well maintained. But there is a musty smell in the room, but fortunately there is a balcony and the window can be opened. The swimming pool is very good, the water temperature is high, suitable for children. The service staff is friendly. The breakfast is average. If I have time to come to Dalian next time, I will still be happy to stay if the price is right.
