Perfect hotel, perfect service staff, from the first moment you walk into the hotel, you can feel the warm service of the hotel staff. The hotel is located in the center, walking distance to the attractions, all kinds of delicious and fun around, it is a quiet place. The room size is very good, the details of various designs are perfect, and the bedding is comfortable and clean. The attentive hotel staff also prepared me a surprise: a beautiful birthday cake. We had a perfect holiday here!

It is a hotel converted from a private residence. In an alley in the city center, take a break from the noise. The service staff is very enthusiastic. There is a small roof, surrounded by houses, can't see the scenery, and of course I can't see the sea. The room is too small, the corridor is small, the elevator, lobby, and restaurant are small. There are few varieties of breakfast. The drying rack is very good, and the wet clothes are dried in an hour. In general, there is a large distance from the usual five-star standard.

Although it was a little far from the city, it was really clean and I had a great experience. The sunset seen from the top floor of the hotel was so beautiful that it was a memory that will last a lifetime! There is a sauna, so we recommend bringing your swimsuit.

On this enchanting night in Mallorca, I found refuge in a seaside hotel, embraced by the invigorating Spanish breeze. Stepping into my spacious room, I was met with a panoramic view: a canvas of twinkling stars and the soothing rhythm of the waves. The hotel staff's impeccable service, marked by warm smiles and attentive care, bestowed upon me a sense of belonging. This stay was truly unforgettable, leaving me eager to return to this seaside haven.

A very dignified and beautiful hotel in the old town of Palma. Check in was quick and friendly. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The fairly high price is definitely justified given this location and amenities. The rooftop pool alone is more of a standing pool and not suitable for swimming.

Very clean and newly decorated inside, and I liked the pink painting. The rooftop bar was chill and we liked the drink. Biggest problem is parking is very inconvenient - you either pay extra (need to reserve in advance) or had to park at the public parking lot yourself which is 800m away…The gym room was locked so we didn’t get to try out.

We had already paid £480 online through Trip.com for a double room for 3 nights. However, upon arrival, the hotel demanded an additional €400 simply because a second guest would be staying in the room. What made this even more unreasonable was that I checked the exact same room type on multiple other dates, and the price was identical whether selecting 1 adult or 2 adults. The listing itself also clearly indicated that the room rate included accommodation for 2 adults. Despite this, the hotel still charged an extra €400 at check-in. This additional amount only included breakfast and city tax for the second guest — there was absolutely no room upgrade, no extra bed, and no additional service provided. In fact, the amount charged was so excessive that it was close to the price of booking an entirely separate room. At check-in, the hotel stated that if we refused to pay, the second guest would not be allowed to stay. We tried multiple times to communicate with the hotel in a polite and constructive way, but there was no flexibility or reasonable attempt to resolve the issue. I completely understand paying reasonable extra charges for breakfast or local taxes, but the way this situation was handled felt extremely unfair and poorly communicated in advance. Trip.com customer service was actually very helpful throughout the process and even provided compensation themselves, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel remained unwilling to address the situation fairly. The property itself may be nice, but this experience left us feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and taken advantage of. Transparency and fairness in pricing are essential, especially for international travelers.

It is very convenient to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. I found that many hotels nearby are called XxxMelia. Maybe this area is the name. The hotel is located opposite the sea. The sea view room we chose has a small terrace to sit on, which is more comfortable and comfortable. Breakfast is also delicious, there are many choices, there are special people to omelettes, many hotels do not have this service, the hotel does not provide toothbrushes, you have to take the initiative, this hotel is good, it is a bit not enough to clearly mark the price, when we go, the service staff inside is not in the room, I put two small pieces of chocolate (a small piece of that), and opened a corner of the quilt on the quilt. Two beds and one piece. We thought it was a gift and ate it. When we checked out, we were told to charge 9 euros. This is a bit pitted. I think this is not suitable. Others are fine. Be sure to pay attention to the minibar and glass, these are not free food, will be charged, reasonable consumption.

Best location, best food and great service. The room was so clean and their amenities and service is the best you can find. All the good eateries and stores are in walking distance and you will be right in the centre of Palma. I loved the hotel and it is great value for money.
