4-Star Hotels in Yantai

We were very satisfied with the hotel's location, service, and cleanliness. The pick-up and drop-off service was especially appreciated, particularly since we were a family traveling with young children and luggage. This hotel is designed like a traditional quadrangle courtyard, so some rooms are on the second floor, requiring a short climb up a flight of stairs. Right outside the hotel, you're on the bustling Chaoyang Street, and in about a two-minute walk, you'll reach Guangxing Orchard, which is very convenient. The front desk staff were also very friendly. Upon check-out, they even gave small gifts to my two children. There's a water dispenser in the hotel lobby with both hot and cold water available at all times, which was very handy. The room was spacious enough to open two 32-inch suitcases simultaneously without a problem. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. If you needed to change, you had to ask anyone else in the room to avoid the area around the bathroom.

This time we went to Qingdao, Weihai and Yantai, and stayed in three hotels. This Yantai hotel really gave our family the best experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cleaned in a timely manner. The facilities are very complete and suitable for a family. There are welcome fruits when we check in. I would also like to thank Xiaona and Xiaohong for sending us farewell fruits before we left. They also asked if we needed help finding a cart for our luggage and welcomed us to come again. Two staff members also helped us take our luggage downstairs very enthusiastically, and the welcoming brother at the door helped us put our bags on the car. The enthusiasm of the hotel staff touched our whole family and brought our seaside trip to a perfect end. If we have the opportunity, we will come to Yantai again and choose this hotel again. I don’t know if the hotel staff will see my comments. Your work attitude has added a touch of beauty to our journey. Thank you, I will miss Yantai.

Manxin Hotel enjoys a fantastic location on Chaoyang Street, with Yantai Hill and Suochengli both within a pleasant 10–15 minute walk. The hotel and rooms are very clean, and complimentary tea and snacks are thoughtfully provided. The staff, 小秋 and 小舒, were exceptionally friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to assist with any questions we had. They also recommended several popular nearby restaurants, which made it easy for us to enjoy great dinners during our stay. The breakfast mainly consists of Chinese dishes, with limited bread options, but overall the quality is still acceptable. The hotel also offers complimentary Grounds Coast coffee daily, which was a nice touch. Overall, this is an excellent hotel with a convenient location and outstanding service. My only suggestion is that it would be even better if coffee sachets could be provided in the room in addition to tea.

The location is super convenient, right across from Wanda Plaza. The hotel breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. They have a fully equipped gym and laundry room, practically no downsides. This is my go-to hotel every time I come to Yantai for business!

My stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Yantai Laishan exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They even proactively offered a free upgrade to a spacious suite during check-in, which was a delightful surprise. The suite itself was very roomy with clear functional divisions. What I loved most was having a microwave, a mini-fridge, and a small kitchenette with complete utensils. This allowed me to easily heat up food and store fruits and snacks, making my long-term stay feel just like home. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a high-quality sleep. The hotel's location is also very convenient, close to Yantai South Railway Station and shopping areas, with comprehensive amenities. The service was attentive and thorough, with attention to every detail. It's perfectly suited for both family trips and extended stays. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this place again when I visit Yantai next time! Additionally, I'd suggest expanding the variety and quantity of breakfast items, and extending breakfast hours until 10 AM.

This is the most comfortable and satisfying travel accommodation. The hotel is located facing the sea, close to the leisure park, and very close to the pier. The driver who picks up guests is enthusiastic and timely, available at any time, and the vehicle is very clean inside and outside. The front desk receptionist smiles and is enthusiastic, introduces carefully, and answers patiently. The guest room is very clean and sanitary, and all kinds of items are neatly arranged in order. The cleaning aunt is not tired of it, available at any time, and has no boredom: the restaurant staff smiles and serves, and introduces the dishes carefully. The chef's cooking skills are first-class, and the color, fragrance and taste are very delicious. The hotel facilities are great, just like the newly opened, with no dead corners in hygiene, and the location for watching the sunset on the roof is very good, haha, thank you very much for the hard work of the leaders and employees of Vienna International Hotel!

I chose the Central Hotel for my dad's follow-up hospital visit, and this old-school hotel definitely lives up to its reputation. Every staff member at the front desk was fantastic; they had our room reserved in advance, so check-in was instant! The two concierges were incredibly responsible, surprising us with different little treats every day – so thoughtful and caring! The restaurant staff were very welcoming, and the cleaning auntie was diligent, tidying up our room promptly every day. All in all, the Central Hotel's service is so dedicated, which clearly shows their management is five-star. Thank you!

Overall, I was quite satisfied. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the high-speed train station, and close to several good attractions in the city center, making transportation very convenient. Although some hotel facilities weren't as good as I'd imagined and were a bit lacking, such as the lobby not being grand enough and the gym being small, the front desk service was still very good. They demonstrated a strong sense of customer service and proactively helped guests resolve issues. I hope the hotel continues to strive for improvement, enhance its overall management, and provide even better service to guests. I'll definitely contact them again to book if I have the chance to visit Yantai next time. Many thanks to the front desk for their hospitality.

This Aloft by Marriott truly exceeded my expectations. I didn't go in with high hopes, but I left completely impressed. The room was clean and bright, and all the facilities felt quite new, making for a very comfortable stay. The biggest surprise was the huge, heated swimming pool – the lanes were wide and the water was crystal clear, making for a really refreshing swim. The service was genuinely excellent; everyone was attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay, not just going through the motions. The overall experience was far better than I anticipated. Marriott's quality really shines through, and I was very satisfied. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town.

The hotel was conveniently located, and with the Wuyue shopping centre just opposite that helped with food choices especially for a westerner like myself. The room was very ample, with a large bed. Some of the furnishings were a little frayed around the edges but for the rate charged I was quite content. The front desk staff were helpful despite any deficiencies in our language communication. The only issue I had is that I had very noisy neighbours who took up two or perhaps three neighbouring rooms and left their doors open, allowing their screaming kids to run around in the corridors. This was not the hotel's fault of course, but I think more consideration should be made by receptionists when they allocate rooms generally; if you book a business room then you don't expect to be housed next to families with noisy children (and indeed noisy parents). Apart from that one issue I was happy with my stay.
