The room was spacious, clean, and hygienic. The hotel itself had a charming, antique feel, very beautiful and quiet. The bedding in the room was incredibly comfortable, and there was plenty of space. The hotel's location is super convenient, right on Chaoyang Street, just turn into the alley next to Guangxing Orchard. Although cars can't drive directly to the entrance, the staff's service attitude was absolutely excellent. They called us a day in advance to confirm our arrival method and time. I was coming from Yantai Port, and they even offered free pick-up and drop-off. Once I got off, someone helped me carry my luggage to the hotel. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic. Every day there was a nine-compartment side dish selection, and unlimited millet porridge and staple foods. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and their attitude was super, super good. Highly, highly recommend!

My stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Yantai Laishan exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They even proactively offered a free upgrade to a spacious suite during check-in, which was a delightful surprise. The suite itself was very roomy with clear functional divisions. What I loved most was having a microwave, a mini-fridge, and a small kitchenette with complete utensils. This allowed me to easily heat up food and store fruits and snacks, making my long-term stay feel just like home. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a high-quality sleep. The hotel's location is also very convenient, close to Yantai South Railway Station and shopping areas, with comprehensive amenities. The service was attentive and thorough, with attention to every detail. It's perfectly suited for both family trips and extended stays. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this place again when I visit Yantai next time! Additionally, I'd suggest expanding the variety and quantity of breakfast items, and extending breakfast hours until 10 AM.

The hotel's location is excellent, right on Chaoyang Street, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, friendly, and provided great service. The room facilities were also well-equipped, and the kids really enjoyed their stay, saying they want to stay at Manxin Hotel again next time they visit Yantai. 🏨

This is the most comfortable and satisfying travel accommodation. The hotel is located facing the sea, close to the leisure park, and very close to the pier. The driver who picks up guests is enthusiastic and timely, available at any time, and the vehicle is very clean inside and outside. The front desk receptionist smiles and is enthusiastic, introduces carefully, and answers patiently. The guest room is very clean and sanitary, and all kinds of items are neatly arranged in order. The cleaning aunt is not tired of it, available at any time, and has no boredom: the restaurant staff smiles and serves, and introduces the dishes carefully. The chef's cooking skills are first-class, and the color, fragrance and taste are very delicious. The hotel facilities are great, just like the newly opened, with no dead corners in hygiene, and the location for watching the sunset on the roof is very good, haha, thank you very much for the hard work of the leaders and employees of Vienna International Hotel!

Excellent hotel — definitely the best hotel experience of my entire China trip across 3 provinces! The room was beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room included many premium features such as a refrigerator with complimentary drinks, automatic curtains, and even a heated toilet seat. The breakfast was also excellent. As a Muslim traveler, I was initially confused about what food was halal and was only eating fruits. One of the hotel staff members kindly came to help me identify halal foods, allowing me to enjoy a much wider variety of delicious breakfast items. Their kindness and hospitality truly touched me. Before I left, they even gifted me two famous Yantai apples to enjoy on the road — such a thoughtful gesture! Highly recommended for both comfort and hospitality. I would gladly stay here again.

This was my second stay here, and I brought my sister to Yantai this time. I didn't hesitate to choose this hotel again, and it turns out our choice was still wise. The hotel's quality and service are consistently excellent. The location is right next to Chaoyang Street, so we could just head downstairs to explore and grab some food. It's also very close to the beach and Yantaishan for walks, no hassle at all. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk service was warm and attentive. Satisfied! 👍

The positive attitude and service performance of the staff ranging from front desk, concierge/security to breakfast restaurant and house keeping is excellent. The classic hotel personal service with a modern twist makes the stay a memorable experience. On my check-in, Ms Xiao Jiao and Ms Xiao Cong gave me and explained briefly the leaflet on the hotel’s suggested tourist attractions in Yantai. They also enthusiastically exchanged small RMB notes with me. They also gave me a piece of mooncake of my choice (and during my check-out too). The restaurant staff is attentive, replenishing food and drinks and attending to requests promptly. Due to my lack of command of Mandarin and accent, the chef cooked the wanton instead of the mackerel dumplings for me, he immediately served me the dumplings when he realised the miscommunication. The next morning, after serving me the mackerel dumplings, he, I think, recognised me, suggested I could add soup and condiments to the dumplings. I find their fleshly cooked dumplings are even better than the dumplings from the most famous dumplings restaurant in Yantai. The concierge staff on 2 days helped me book taxi using her phone app, paying in advance on my behalf as booking via internet cannot be settled in cash. The concierge/front desk lent me umbrella without question. After a delayed and tiring flight, Mr Xiao Gao brought me to my room and explained the mechanics of the switches in the room. There was a hand-written welcome note from Ms Liu, with 2 cups of white fungus/goji drink beside it. The drink together with the note and fruits in the room, not only soothed my dry throat but also lifted the mood. House keeping provided fruits, white fungus/goji drink and dried chrysanthemum/rose flowers (to prepare for drinking) and 4 bottles (500 ml) of water daily, with up to 14 bottles at the lift lobby on my floor, and guests can also request house keeping for more bottles. On my check out day, during my breakfast, they left at the door handle, a bag of goodies, fruits and bottles of water and souvenirs (4 key chains with various types of sea shells), together with a hand-written farewell/bon voyage note from Ms Liu. Well done The Center Hotel staff, you are a pride to the hotel, the hospitality industry and Yantai!

The room was great, with a broad sea view. It was very clean, and the cleaning lady was both enthusiastic and diligent. Breakfast was just okay; the staff all looked tired, and the food was bland. I even got an upset stomach the next day. Ugh. Perhaps because it's on the outskirts of Yantai, the hotel's location isn't particularly convenient. You have to rely entirely on ride-hailing apps, and all the attractions are spread out. After two days, my taxi fares were more expensive than my food. If you don't have a car, I wouldn't recommend staying here. I'm giving 5 stars mainly because of the room. The pool, shared with the adjacent Westin, is small and crowded, and the changing rooms are dirty. I wouldn't recommend using it.

We were driving from Yantai to Dalian by ferry, so we chose a hotel close to the port, and we definitely made the right choice! The environment is great (right by the sea), and the location is super convenient for getting to places like Chaoyang Street. Although the facilities are a bit old, the service was truly fantastic. The lady at the front desk was not only enthusiastic but also recommended some great restaurants. The hotel offers good value for money.
