3-Star Hotels in Yantai

We arrived early at Yantai Airport, and they kindly allowed us to check in early free of charge, which was lovely. They were also very responsive to any enquiries we had. The shared kitchen was available to use and was kept very clean throughout our entire stay. Additionally, the location was very convenient, as it was close to a busy central area, making everything easily accessible. The place itself was absolutely lovely—it was beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing, with a unique charm that didn’t feel like an ordinary hotel. Instead, it had a distinct Chinese-style decor that gave it a special atmosphere. The reception staff were very kind and welcoming. There were also pets at the property—cats and dogs—which were incredibly gentle and cute, making the stay feel even more relaxing and therapeutic. Overall, it made for a truly wonderful trip.

The best place for a calm vacation on a beach for a affordable price. This was a nice little hotel standing right in front of a beach. The placement can be seen as perfect as this large beach is wonderful itself and much better then the beaches at the city center. The only inconvenience to consider when choosing this or nearby hotels is lack of cafes and restorans nearby, so you'd better take breakfasts in the hotel, they were not bad, tasty and very filing, with serveral options to choose from. For other places to eat, except for a two nearby costly restorans, you'll have to wark to find one about 1-1,5 km or more. If you want to spend more time in the city center consider also the time to travel to it, about 1,5 hours on a bus, 30-50 minutes on taxi. The service was decent, even though stuff does not speak english they were very welcome and supportive, helping me and calling taxi a couple of times when I needed it. The hotel itself is clean. The room was cleaned daily, not perfectly as the floors in the room stayed a bit dusty all the time but that was not too much of an issue. The bedding was always clean, towels were clean as well and changed daily. I have to say a few words about the beach and the see themselves. The beach is large and clean, there are trash bins which are cleaned daily. It have a sand of very good quality, indeed of a golden color. The beach longs for several kilometers and is from about 150 meters wide to 200+ meters wide depending on the tides. The beach is shallow but no too much, you can easily walk to a place where you can swim freely. It was August and the water was extremely warm and cozy. It was clean with little human made trash coming from the see, but due to temperature the water near the shore start blooming on a second or third day of my stay there. I had to walk 10-15 meters in a 50-80 centimeters deep water full of seaweed before I come to clear waters. I bit unpleasant but not a big deal. There were some jelly fish coming the shore, the see doesn't have dangerous ones though. The beach has some infrastructure, at least there is a place to wash your hands and legs and there are public toilets nearby the beach, but there are no safeguards on it. With an chinese specifics I would say that's a plus as they are too restrictive and protective here.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to Yantai Station and Joy City. The facilities are new, and the hygiene is acceptable. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, it's sufficient to get by. My main complaint is that the shower head is fixed and can't be adjusted, which is quite inconvenient for shorter people, and the water tends to leak onto the bathroom floor. There's also no rack for towels, so used towels have to be placed on the wooden shelf. The sink drains very slowly, and there's a leak around the drain pipe. I hope the engineering department can address these issues. Also, there's always a light peeking through the edge of the curtain, which it doesn't block effectively. Overall, the value for money is still good, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything about the hotel is favorable except only the bathroom section. There is no place to hang to towel in the shower room so you have to get out of the shower room to take the towel but there is no privacy. Moreover the shower gel/shampoo may be use the wrong word.

The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The smart home system was very easy to use, especially the 'Xiao Du, Xiao Du...' voice assistant. It's only about 400 meters from the train station, a five or six-minute walk, which is incredibly convenient.

Although the hotel is quite small but the reception and staff was super friendly, service is tip top, making sure we are comfortable. The room was small, barely can walk with 2 25inch opened luggage on the floor, the room ventilation was poor because the room has fake windows and the heater is centralized, cannot be controlled! But i think during summer should be fine

Not a bad hotel for the money. It is located at the end of the entire tourist area, not far from the amusement park. The room has everything you need, water, slippers, hairdryer. Of the disadvantages, towels were changed only once, room cleaning is limited to garbage disposal. The worst thing is breakfast. I repeat, no drinks, not even water, two incomprehensible soups, spicy snacks, boiled eggs, fried buns in butter that end faster than anyone else, fried soy sprouts, pickled hot potatoes. This completes the selection of dishes. The beach is across the street, but the entrance to the sea is rocky, you need to go further to the center to enter the water. The hotel only speaks Chinese.

The room environment is excellent, with Kunyu Mountain as its backdrop, it is quiet, fresh and peaceful. The room is clean and tidy, and the hot water is very comfortable. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and answers all my questions.

Would like to rate Trip and the hotel for making the customer misunderstood while ordering the hotel. The point is, I set out the dates check in 1 date and check out second date, and Trip.com showed the result. Of course, not always in a hurry customer can't read all the details before booking and this happened. Thought I booked for 1 day, arrived at 1 pm and after three hours reception asked me to check out, I didn't understand, but she told me that I booked only for 3 hours, desire the fact I set out 1 day stay, Trip.com along with Hotel indicated the price only for 3 hours with small letters that I didn't pay attention and it charged me. My recommendation to all travelers, check carefully all the details before booking and making payment, that's kinda trap to charge your money if you don't read till the end.

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and it is convenient to travel. There are many parking spaces in the parking lot at the door. There is light music at the front desk, which is very nice. The room type is very good, the layout is reasonable, the bathroom is super large, clean and hygienic, and the mattress is very comfortable. Highly recommended.
