This hotel offers great value for money and a comfortable stay. Any issues were promptly addressed and resolved. The breakfast spread was comprehensive, and I even received a room upgrade upon check-in. At check-out, I was given a very practical souvenir – a moxibustion hammer – which was perfect for relieving travel fatigue. The hotel's proximity to the train station also made it very convenient. It's a beautiful city!

We arrived early at Yantai Airport, and they kindly allowed us to check in early free of charge, which was lovely. They were also very responsive to any enquiries we had. The shared kitchen was available to use and was kept very clean throughout our entire stay. Additionally, the location was very convenient, as it was close to a busy central area, making everything easily accessible. The place itself was absolutely lovely—it was beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing, with a unique charm that didn’t feel like an ordinary hotel. Instead, it had a distinct Chinese-style decor that gave it a special atmosphere. The reception staff were very kind and welcoming. There were also pets at the property—cats and dogs—which were incredibly gentle and cute, making the stay feel even more relaxing and therapeutic. Overall, it made for a truly wonderful trip.

Really recommend this hotel on the edge of Yantai Golden Beach! It's a pet-friendly ceiling 🐶 The front desk staff is super friendly to the dog, the whole service is warm and intimate, and the check-in is very fast 💯 The location has nothing to say, going out and crossing the road is the golden beach 🌊, take the hairy children to see the sea, play in the sand, take a walk in one step, the sea view in the evening is super beautiful 🌅 The room is clean and tidy, the lighting and view are very good, and the living is particularly comfortable 🛏️ There is also a laundry room on the first floor 🧺, it is super convenient to change and wash for long-distance travel, and the details are full! Stay comfortable and have fun. Bring the hairy children to Yantai Golden Beach to play. This one can really close your eyes and rush 🌟.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to Yantai Station and Joy City. The facilities are new, and the hygiene is acceptable. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, it's sufficient to get by. My main complaint is that the shower head is fixed and can't be adjusted, which is quite inconvenient for shorter people, and the water tends to leak onto the bathroom floor. There's also no rack for towels, so used towels have to be placed on the wooden shelf. The sink drains very slowly, and there's a leak around the drain pipe. I hope the engineering department can address these issues. Also, there's always a light peeking through the edge of the curtain, which it doesn't block effectively. Overall, the value for money is still good, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything about the hotel is favorable except only the bathroom section. There is no place to hang to towel in the shower room so you have to get out of the shower room to take the towel but there is no privacy. Moreover the shower gel/shampoo may be use the wrong word.

Great location, very close to Yantai Station, Joy City, and Zhenhua Department Store, all within walking distance. However, the room is too small, and the cleanliness isn't up to par in terms of details. There's no vanity mirror or full-length mirror, which is inconvenient for women.

Winter is a great time to visit Penglai. Although you can't swim in the sea, you can feed seagulls, visit Penglai Pavilion and the Eight Immortals Crossing – there are fewer crowds and no queues. Accommodation is also incredibly cheap, and the beach is right outside your door. On a nice day, you can collect seashells along the shore. In short, I've fallen in love with winter travel – going off-the-beaten-path always brings unexpected surprises! I also ate some amazing food! Don't just trust online recommendations! Ask the locals! I especially loved the mackerel dumplings and a braised dish! Seafood is also great this season! So fresh and delicious! Even better than during the National Day holiday!

We were staying in a B&B, which was very remote. We went there at night, and it was dark all the way. There were not many cars on the road, and the kids were a little scared. When we were about to arrive, we passed by a factory, which was a hotel on the side of the mountain. First, go to the office on the roadside to get the key to check in, then drive with the service staff (riding a tram) into a similar village, and then make five or six turns to reach the destination (my husband and children went to the supermarket to buy things at night and got lost when they came back). In the unit building, we lived on the first floor (the quilt in the room felt very damp). The bed at the entrance seemed not strong (it was located in the living room) where the children slept. The door connecting the bedroom and the bath was broken and could not close tightly. I don’t know if the pool is a hot spring but the water is warm (there were hairs in the pool, but we didn’t use it). The bathroom is heated by solar energy and is warm (you can’t shave). The corners are very dirty. I don’t like this place to stay. Maybe it’s because of the first floor

Would like to rate Trip and the hotel for making the customer misunderstood while ordering the hotel. The point is, I set out the dates check in 1 date and check out second date, and Trip.com showed the result. Of course, not always in a hurry customer can't read all the details before booking and this happened. Thought I booked for 1 day, arrived at 1 pm and after three hours reception asked me to check out, I didn't understand, but she told me that I booked only for 3 hours, desire the fact I set out 1 day stay, Trip.com along with Hotel indicated the price only for 3 hours with small letters that I didn't pay attention and it charged me. My recommendation to all travelers, check carefully all the details before booking and making payment, that's kinda trap to charge your money if you don't read till the end.

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and it is convenient to travel. There are many parking spaces in the parking lot at the door. There is light music at the front desk, which is very nice. The room type is very good, the layout is reasonable, the bathroom is super large, clean and hygienic, and the mattress is very comfortable. Highly recommended.
