"Traveling with my elderly mother, I requested a quiet room when booking. The front desk staff were very warm and helpful, arranging a room on the top floor for us. They also provided detailed recommendations when I asked about local dining options. The cleanliness, facilities, and spaciousness of the room were all excellent, completely meeting my expectations for a quasi-five-star hotel. The views were fantastic. Oh, and if you're driving, I'd recommend parking in the outdoor lot; the underground parking is a bit of a trek. Breakfast quality was good. The location is also great; just cross the road and you're at Suochengli. Wanda Plaza is right behind the hotel."

"5 out of 5 stars? I'd give it 100! This was my first time ever getting upgraded to the Presidential Suite. When we first arrived, there was a wedding reception in the adjacent ballroom, and it was as noisy as a marketplace. I thought, 'Oh no, this is going to be terrible.' But then we got to the lobby on the 26th floor, which was surprisingly quiet. And guess what? Ms. Tong at the front desk, knowing it was our first time in Yantai, specially upgraded us to the Presidential Suite! Oh my god! The room was enormous, and the sea view was absolutely stunning. Not only did it have a bathtub with a sea view, but it even had its own gym. The dinner at the Executive Lounge was incredibly delicious too, the salmon was so tender and melt-in-your-mouth. It was completely different from some of the online reviews. So, you really have to experience a hotel for yourself to know if it's good or not!"

"The hotel is right next to the bus station and very close to the train station. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and fruit stores nearby, and it's also close to RT-Mart. Public transportation to all the attractions is very convenient. The hotel service is excellent; they are very responsive and promptly meet our needs. What's even more thoughtful is the extended check-out time, which saved us from having to wander around. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel's location is excellent. Right across the street is the Dalong Post Office, and it's just a few hundred meters from Chaoyang Street, Yantai Mountain Scenic Area, and the seaside. It's a red wine-themed hotel, with the TV background wall designed to look like cork stoppers. There's a subtle scent of pine wood throughout."

"Although I visited early in the morning, they allowed me to check in early, and I really liked being able to communicate comfortably via WeChat. The young female staff member at the front desk spoke English, making communication easy. The weather was bad until the last day of my trip, making it difficult to enjoy the final leg of the journey, but they extended my check-out time until 4 PM for free, even though it was originally 2 PM. The room condition was excellent, and they cleaned it thoroughly for the entire two-night stay. The location was also convenient as it is in the Wanda Mall building."

"I've been to Yantai many times, and this time I still chose the Baina Reating Hotel. Mainly because of its great location, spacious rooms, and the very helpful and observant front desk staff. The hotel's environment and facilities are also excellent. On my previous visits, there wasn't an outdoor restaurant on the 23rd floor, but this time there was. My husband and I had some drinks there and it was a wonderful experience. The service staff were all great, especially one very gentle and kind young lady. We checked out on Sunday and even bought some Yantai specialties from the hotel. Overall, it's really good – great value for money, a fantastic location, and the staff's attitude was excellent! I'm very satisfied!"
