Location is central. Lots of stores and restaurants are within walking distance. We can see the whole city and the ocean views from our window. Great value. Front desk was on 26th floor and it did cause some trouble when I ordered outside delivery for the first time. But it’s all sorted out and had been smooth thereafter.

I came to Yantai for the first time in mid-October 2024 and chose the Intercity Hotel Yantai Binhai Square. After I checked in, I felt that the hotel was superb, so when I went to Weihai to return to Yantai after two days of playing, I chose this one again. It was very close to Xiao Sun at the front desk. I met again for the second stay. Xiao Sun helped upgrade to a business bed room. He also arranged a business sea view bed room for the elderly. We stayed in the Brigh Radiance for 6 nights. It was a very nice experience. The front desk lady LanLan was helpful and super friendly. The hotel has nice location with beach view , rich breakfast, big size room . But facilities are not so new already , and lift runs forever.

When I was traveling in Xinjiang, I arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock at night at the latest, and the hotel didn't ask me this or that. Then at one o'clock in the afternoon the next day, they called me again to ask me what time to check out. Because I didn't see the details of the benefits I had used on Ctrip. I could delay my check-out until two o'clock in the afternoon. What did you mean by calling me? Are you urging me to check out? If you feel that cleaning is impossible, just don't set up the service of late check-out. Don't want to serve customers well and also want conveniences such as cleaning time for guest rooms. It simply ruins my mood. When I finally checked out, I was asked if I was satisfied with my stay. I said I was satisfied, and then asked me for a positive review on the spot. The bath water is not at a constant temperature and alternates between hot and cold. The breakfast in the hotel is quite confusing. In summary, the hotel has nothing but big rooms. At this price, it is better to stay in the whole season.
