My kid absolutely loved the game console in the room. They also thoughtfully provided special toiletries and slippers for children, along with eye masks and small gifts, which was a really nice touch. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a great three-fixture separation. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town."

This place offers incredible value for money; visiting during the off-peak season was an absolute delight! Its location is fantastic too, with Wanda Plaza just around the corner and 'The Lonely Whale' attraction nearby. The tangyuan (sweet rice balls) prepared by the staff were delicious, and the cold noodles were also quite good. It's a quiet and peaceful spot. The availability of parking spaces with EV charging stations is a huge plus, and what's even better is that guest parking is free. Overall: Service: Excellent Cleanliness: Spotless Environment: Pleasant Regarding food: The tangyuan served for dinner were delicious."

"We had a relaxing stay at the Knights Ocean Hotel in Penglai. The location of the hotel is ideal for beach access as well as Europark. The staff are so friendly and they even upgraded our room at no extra charge. The person at the front desk, Linda, spoke English so well and she was able to answer all our questions with such patience and clarity. The facilities at the hotel include amazing breakfast, a child-friendly environment with entertainment for children, a pool, gym, and a hot springs spa. We left rejuvenated and relaxed. All the major tourist attractions are not far and taxis are easily accessible. The hotel also has someone at the reception area who will help you book tours. You can even hire public motorized bikes using WeChat, literally outside the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Penglai."

"A big thank you to Yue at the front desk! We were traveling with my whole family, including seniors and children, and she met all our requests. She even arranged adjoining rooms for us, which was super convenient. The thoughtful touch of 'goodnight milk' on the second evening, after a tiring day out, was truly heartwarming. The hotel's location is fantastic – just a 5-minute walk to the First Bathing Beach, and the 17-route tourist bus stop is right downstairs. Plus, there are tons of authentic local eateries in the old town area. The hotel's breakfast, especially the mackerel dumplings and other local specialties, was a real highlight."
