I came to Yantai for the first time in mid-October 2024 and chose the Intercity Hotel Yantai Binhai Square. After I checked in, I felt that the hotel was superb, so when I went to Weihai to return to Yantai after two days of playing, I chose this one again. It was very close to Xiao Sun at the front desk. I met again for the second stay. Xiao Sun helped upgrade to a business bed room. He also arranged a business sea view bed room for the elderly. A very satisfying stay! We were upgraded from a mountain view room to a sea view room. The sea view is unbeatable! Sitting in the bay window and looking at the sea view, you can see all the boats, ships and islands on the sea. Because it was raining, the sea view was hazy like a mirage. It was so romantic without going out. The service was very good. Yogurt and bread were delivered in the afternoon, and hot milk was delivered in the evening. Conditioner was also delivered when washing long hair. It was only five minutes to walk to the beach. There is a seafood restaurant on the beach that is delicious. The lobby manager also gave us two apples before leaving. Thank you.

It's super close to the seaside. The location is really good. The hotel environment is elegant and the courtyard design is very thoughtful. It belongs to the mid-to-high-end B&B level. 交通：煙台開發區，到蓬萊坐船、八仙景區、海洋館（景點）：距離60公里，車程約1小時15分；金沙灘（景點）：10公里約20分鐘；幸福夜市（當地小吃街）：25公里，35分鐘；永旺夢樂城（大型綜合體）6公里約12分鐘。滿分5，個人給3分。
環境、服務：對得起豪華型這個標簽，新酒店，整體配置高，酒店最頭疼的各種隔音問題，這三天沒有聽到過，前台、房間服務員素質高。此項4.8分。
房型：到旅遊城市了，每天看的都是景，山景房和風景房其實你的感覺都一樣，沒必要再多花錢。家裡有礦的除外，更有豪華套房等可供選擇。
房間配置：面積大小適中，大落地窗、咖啡、茶、小冰箱、拖鞋、飲用水、香皂、消毒濕巾，雙色口杯，品質秒殺絕大部分酒店，燒水壺和體重計是cotell的、衞浴、智能馬桶是ToTo的，整體配置很Ok，不足：沒有浴室用的拖鞋、窗簾沒有配置電動或語音控制。此項：4.2分。
外賣：基本遠離市區，不要期望隨便可以點到自己喜歡的美食，另外，晚上23點多了，騎手仍可以全樓層掃樓，這點需要嚴格控制，畢竟現在隨便一個200塊的酒店就配置了送餐機器人了。此項1.5分。
早餐：乾淨、衞生、服務員動作很快，很有眼力，地下掉的東西，很快就處理掉。高峯期同時有三個車在收拾，不足之處：種類相對較少，三天的主食都是包子和蒸餃、掛麪，沒有炒米、方便麪、餛飩、餅子之類，且補充的速度比較慢，很多品類基本衹有剛開始有，比如麪包片、小甜點，咖啡機用的過熱無法使用，臨時上的雀巢速溶。此項客觀分數3分，人員很上心，額外加0.5，3.5分。
其他：一樓24小時自助便利康師傅桶裝4.5元，價格公道；二樓有3歲以下小朋友玩的和健身房；洗衣收費價格較高，一條牛仔褲：30元。此項3.8分。
價格：貌似平常和國慶期間價格出入不大，含雙早的大床、雙床，280-320不等，國慶期間，別家都至少漲個2-3倍的情況下，此項4.5分。

The location is perfect for everything: there are major sites, the sea, the beach.
It was the best sea view you could hope for!
Both the buffet and a la carte are delicious and affordable (and with the view as well).
Special thanks goes to the staff and the cervice. Everyone was super helpful, attentive, polite and professional. Serena at the front desk answered every possible question and assisted with everything!
The room has all the facilities you could wish for and lots of complimentary water and fruits.

We were about 5 minutes walk from the supermarket, 10 to 20 minutes by taxi to reach a shopping centre. Yantai offers a lot of attractions, the locals are friendly, I absolutely recommend this hotel and this town for a trip, and we are absolutly impatient to come again!

I came to Qixia five years ago and stayed at this hotel. Anyway, the small county is not big and taxis are cheap. The hotel has a taxi phone, carpooling to Yantai, Yantai South Station is 50 yuan, unexpectedly cheap.

GGuest UserI ordered the most expensive business suite, but it felt very ordinary. There was a lot of hair on the carpet in the room. When the child stood up from the carpet, his pants were full of hair.
The room types are also different from those on the platform. One of the single-bed bedrooms has been converted into a chess and card room. There is a single bed missing, so there is no way to add another bed in the bedroom.
I met a family who was getting married and had to make room for them when parking. Their attitude was so bad that it left people speechless.
The breakfast style is a bit ordinary, similar to the breakfast in an express hotel.
There is an internal road to the hot spring, which is quite convenient, and it is very close to the mountain. However, our floor is low and we basically only see big rocks.
