GGuest UserThe proprietress was very enthusiastic. I got off the train at around nine o'clock in the middle of the night and couldn't get a taxi. The proprietress drove us to the train station to pick us up. She also gave us a simple travel guide and introduced the scenic spots and Penglai's special breakfast. It's very close to the scenic spot and can be reached on foot. The room is very clean. The whole house is smart and has a smart toilet. It's my first time staying in a B&B and I feel very comfortable and at ease. At the same time, I would like to express my special thanks to the proprietress because I am alone at such a late hour. I made a call and she immediately picked me up. All in all, it was a very pleasant trip. I will definitely stay at her house next time I come here.

GGuest UserHighly recommend! It was much better than I expected, and I really feel that the hotel plays a huge role in how comfortable a trip is!
**Pros:**
* **Beautiful scenery!** It happened to snow that day, and I could see the sea and the falling snow right from my room. I loved it.
* **Close to the sea.** You can see the sea right from the hotel entrance, and it's just a five-minute walk to the coast.
* **Good value for money.** (Perhaps because I visited during the off-season.) A sea-view room was around 200 yuan per night, and the front desk clerk later had me sign up for a membership, which saved me a few more tens of yuan.
* **Great service.** The front desk staff and the aunties in the restaurant were all very kind. This was my first stay with [Hotel Name, assuming '你好' is the brand name, or it can be translated as 'this brand/chain'], and I had a very good impression. I'll choose them more often in the future.
**Cons:**
* **Room temperature.** The room didn't seem to have underfloor heating, and because of the floor-to-ceiling windows, it got a bit chilly, especially near the window. So, when it's cold, you'll need to wear a long-sleeved t-shirt in the room. However, this wasn't a big issue for me, as underfloor heating can sometimes feel too stuffy for my liking.
* **Cleaning smell.** After the auntie cleaned, there was a somewhat pungent smell. I'm sensitive to smells, and it was similar to oxalic acid. Maybe she was cleaning the drains or something, but it wasn't too strong.
* **Long corridors.** The hallways are incredibly long! It's a bit of a maze. If you leave your room and realize you forgot something, going back means a breathless trip. Those corridors are like a racetrack! When I checked in with my luggage, I almost died walking through them.
* **Awful breakfast.** The breakfast was particularly bad... The fried dough sticks were like rocks, the wontons were scattered everywhere, and the green grapes were very sour. However, the auntie in the restaurant was so nice! When I went to get an egg, she even asked if I wanted another one, worried I wouldn't have enough to eat. If only the breakfast were a little more decent.

There are two large beds, which is very suitable for bringing children. The washing machine is quite clean, and there is also a refrigerator and clothesline. The price of this store is also relatively affordable during the same period. In terms of location, it only costs more than ten yuan to take a taxi to the island and the pink beach, which is very convenient. GGuest User1. The front desk staff, both the handsome guys and beautiful ladies, were very enthusiastic and check-in was a breeze. It's not far from Yantai Station, so the location is great.
2. The rooms and beds were clean and tidy. There are separate areas for dining, gaming, and entertainment, so you won't disturb others.
3. The shower areas have individual stalls, which feels secure.
4. I saw staff specifically cleaning, so it's very clean and tidy. Very satisfied!
5. There are three cats, and they are beautiful, cute, friendly, and actively seek affection.

There is a kitchen, and the landlord thoughtfully provided pots, pans, oil, salt, sauce and vinegar. When checking out, I tried to negotiate with the landlord for a half-hour delay, and he readily agreed. It is recommended to stay at Daxiongjia when traveling to Yangma Island. I will stay there next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, not far from the popular Big Apple, and just a short walk away is the popular No. 17 bus. The king-size room I booked had a window, but no sunlight, as it faced a wall. This was mentioned in the booking details. I only stayed two nights, and the soundproofing wasn't great, but the staff was very nice. I highly recommend the location, but don't book my room type. It's also very close to Yantai Harbor, a taxi ride only a dozen yuan. If you need to take the ferry, this is also a good option.

PPaul. SHotel a bit old, facilities minimal. No laundry machine, toilet/bathroom small, no separation, not even a shower curtain. Glass enclosure not opaque enough, can see what person is doing inside. Suggest hotel cover the glass more e.g. Use wallpaper. Water pressure not so strong.
On the plus side, wifi fast enough, breakfast at 12 yuan is cheap and tasty, good coffee and soya bean from machine. Room is inexpensive, comfortable and clean enough. Location is good, about 10 mins walk from Yantai train station. Many buses in front of railway station. Take bus No 17, double decker, for 2 yuan and go sightseeing along the coast. Diagonally across from the hotel is the Yantai transportation hub where you can take a bus to Penglai for 28 yuan.
