Hotel is very beautiful! Staff are friendly and very helpful.. the spa is awesome!!

The location is very good, very close to the beach, there is a supermarket next to it, the beach bar is also very beautiful, the hotel room is large, the facilities are complete, the family is very suitable, there are two large balconies, and the sunset with the family is excellent. The only downside is that the hygiene needs to be improved, and the previous tenant should have brought pets.

Everything is good, the only drawback is the lack of access to the beach. It is right in front of you, but you have to go through the main entrance to enter and exit~

Went for a holiday and happy with the stay. The hotel is located in a nice area, with clean room and facilities. Plenty of space to relax during the day,  Local area is convenient, with Carrefour in walking distance and a lot of restaurants. Though the restaurants near the beach are overrated and I would not recommend. Food in the hotel was good, with great value and flexibility. I could just turn up for a dinner and pay at the entrance without any prior booking or notice. I liked it. Parking was very easy - just navigate to the hotel and you will see the entrance at the front door of the hotel. There is no way you would miss it. It cost 10 EUR a day. However, do prepare for the mosquitos as there are plenty. I had to buy repellent and sprays in Carrefour to deal with the issue. And we had to shut the balcony during the dawn and night and decided not to use the balcony. The hotel should provide the basic facility for the mosquitos repellent, such as an electric repellent heater. 

Stayed in sunset many times in the past , but never this time of year (week before Christmas) a few restaurants not open and just a buffet or a bar snack menu available. Still a lot of refurbishment work going on too. A bit pricey as well even with some of the inconveniences. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay and would return again

Lovely hotel, very clean and modern apartment. Unfortunately we were located above the ventilation for the laundry/technical room so not a minute day or night that didn't sound like we were next to a factory! We were in room 515 and really this room and the rooms above and below should be blocked off. Not only the constant noise but various smells, some nice....washing, some not so great.....school dinners! We did ask to move rooms immediately but only 2 rooms with small double beds were offered and we liked the large twin beds. Would definitely stay again but only if we could guarantee to be away from the ventilation system. The only other issue... we fancied eating dinner in the restaurant one evening. On arrival, we asked if there were vegetarian options as it's a buffet. The guy told us to go to the snack bar! Overall a great place for a holiday, just not in room 515!

Hotel near the beach and the marina. According to the numbers, infrastructure is not commented. Didn't like food - very weak for 4*, whether it's season or the crisis in Spain. There was no coffee for breakfast, the hamon was dismantled 10 minutes after breakfast and no longer brought, in the season the strawberries were as decoration on desserts, which by the way, were absolutely unpleasant. Of fruits of dune, arbuz, ananas, pears, plums. Choosing the cabins for breakfast and dinner for a strong 3+. , at dinner there were 2 volleys of fish not clear what, beef, turkey and chicken. A little fresh vegetables, soup, pasta, gnocchi, potatoes. Morning pancakes, churros and all standard set of sausage eggs. Also disappointed by the so-called vip package for pets, on the site so advertised services for accommodation with dogs, and as a result - bowls, lying and packs for cleaning for dogs. Price 20 euros. In general, the hotel did not cost its money. If you don't take food, it's okay. For all the rest I put 5.

The experience in this hotel has been good ,the tric-recruitment I have to say that by the company , there was a computer error , and we recruited for 3 people ,with all included and once made the reservation and payment , We were sent the reservation and only 2 people appeared , having paid the same amount as for 3 people , I am waiting for them to return me the amount I had to pay , for my daughter at the hotel to have access to all included , They told me they're going to solve it and I'm waiting .

It has exceeded our expectations!! We have spent 8 days with All Inclusive and it has been a fantastic vacation. The hotel lacks nothing. Excellent cleanliness, excellent facilities, and very friendly staff. The food is also quite good. The only thing that we believe can be improved is the offer of entertainment activities to the Spanish public. They turn a lot to foreigners and Spanish animation remains in the background. If this would improve, it would be amazing. As for Trip's customer service, give them a 10, since when we arrived at the hotel they told us that our daughter was not included in the reservation (despite the fact that the reservation was well made) and they made us pay almost an additional €700 for the girl and from the moment one Trip has responded very well, solving the problem quickly and with unbeatable attention. In less than a week Trip has paid all the expenses for this inconvenience and they have refunded me 100% of the amount that the hotel made me pay to be able to check in my daughter.
