XXiexieniA bit small but relatively clean. The room is a bit dark. There is a strong smell of toilet water when you walk in.
There are still a lot of ants in the room
But I have to say that the service is really great and the lady at the front desk is also very polite.

DDr. OngAbsolutely loved my stay at Hotel Heritage Kota Lama. The atmosphere is rich with character — beautifully preserved Dutch-style architecture that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a different era.
The entire experience was smooth and pleasant: from the welcoming staff to the elegant interiors, everything felt thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. It’s definitely one of the best choices if you're looking to stay in the heart of the historical old town.
One suggestion: it would be perfect if they could offer a small or light breakfast option — just something simple to start the day. That would make the whole experience truly complete.
All in all, a memorable stay — I’d definitely return.

AAnonymous UserIf you're looking for a nice and clean budget hotel, with great location in the centre of the town, then this hotel could be a great choice. But don't expect more. You should bring you own toilettries including towels, or you can get those from the hotel only if you agree to pay extra charge. The parking area was quite spacious. And the room was quite large as well.

there is a lift to go up to the upper floors
the room is clean, fragrant, no cigarette smell
the amenities are quite good
the shower is smooth even though the hot water is still lacking, the flush is also strong
