GGuest UserMagnificent hotel ideally located between the train station and the old town. The decor is elegant, the room modern and well-designed. The staff is great and attentive to the feedback they asked us for at the end of our stay. Breakfast is served in the hotel's brasserie, which is also very pretty. Drinks are unlimited and the dishes are à la carte. We enjoyed the bacon pancakes. They were well served, well presented, and delicious.

IIsmael AbbasThe hotel has a great design. Although the rooms are small, the beds and pillows are clean and comfortable. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from the rooftop. The downsides are that there is no elevator, the staff is not well-trained, there is no restaurant, the parking lot is very small, and there are no slippers in the rooms.

GGuest UserWe all know that the staff are the first thing that gives us our first impression of a hotel. For me, the staff at Noormans Hotel were friendly and helpful. On the first night, I complained about the AC and asked the receptionist to change my room. I waited only a few seconds, and the staff were ready with the key and a cart to help me move my things. The food was also good; your tummy will be happy. I loved how clean the room was and that the amenities were complete. All in all, I loved my stay at Noormans Hotel.

AAnonymous UserMy fav hotel for staycation in Semarang but this time it’s not my lovely experience. First room I got has leaked aircon, it dripped every second so they offered a new room. In new room, the aircon didn’t work properly but I didn’t want to complain anymore as I didn’t want to change room again and again.
Booked with breakfast but they said it’s too few guests on that day so they will just let me choose my breakfast from the menu. Only one menu for each guest. I didn’t like this because the room has no proper table to eat. Even there’s only one chair. So yeah, not my best experience.
But maybe I’ll give it another try. This hotel usually offered good service. Maybe just wrong timing and situation for me.

AAnonymous UserWhat impressed me the most was the breakfast, which is why I sent the pictures while enjoying it. There were various meal options, and all of them were delicious. The room was fine; I didn’t take pictures, but it was clean, and I was very comfortable during my stay. The only downside was the heavy traffic and the distance from the city center, but overall, it was still a great value for the price.

MMels2012The hotel is quite old and very big, but everything is still well-maintained and in good condition. It offered good value for money for three people plus a friend. We enjoyed beautiful views of Mount Ungaran every morning. The breakfast was delicious, with a different menu offered daily – absolutely fantastic!
One thing that made us quite reluctant to move was the incredibly long walk from the reception to the elevators. The restaurant is also quite a trek from the elevators, which is understandable given how massive this hotel is. If you're staying alone, I wouldn't recommend this hotel; you might get the creeps walking around by yourself, haha!
However, if you're with a big group and kids, it's fine and not spooky. But precisely because the hotel is so huge, the distances to the elevators and restaurant are considerable, and it can feel incredibly deserted! 😭😭😱😱

PPaulus P SitumorangThe good thing about this hotel is their Housekeeping and Front Office staf are honest. When my nephew left his e-toll card in the room, the hotel staff kept it, and when we get back to this hotel, we ask for the e-toll card and they handed it back to us.
But the food in the breakfast is awful. The toilet bowl is dirty.
I don't think I will come and stay in this hotel again.

Enjoy the car free day just out from the hotel on Sunday morning.
Towel is time to replace with new because already overused. The thread can find on the edge on the side.
