The outage was short each time, but it disturbed our convenience, especially when charging devices. • A flying cockroach came out from the upper side of the wardrobe cupboard. So we have decided to prolong one more night, and we were very happy. Last year my wife, I, and my parents stayed at Tentrem in Jogjakarta, and we were satisfied. Last month my parents with my siblings also stayed there (Tentrem in Semarang) for their trip and they were satisfied as well. If I really have to put something a bit pity: - The ‘entrance’ of the basement parking is a bit small for the car - The air condition (the temperature) during the breakfast was a little bit hot. Beside those two, we were very satisfied 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located inside DP Mall. The room is quite spacious. I could hear the sound of the television from the room right next to mine (quite clearly—I could almost follow the news they were watching). It didn’t really bother me though. They offer 24-hour welcome drinks (only hot drinks like coffee and tea—I was expecting iced coffee). The room is equipped with a smart TV, so you can enjoy your favorite shows on Netflix, Disney+, and more. The staff is warm and friendly. Upon check-in, you’ll need to download an app to get your room key, and an OTP will be sent to your smartphone via SMS for confirmation. I was a bit frustrated since my daily phone uses a foreign number (which couldn’t receive SMS at that time). Luckily, I had my secondary phone with an Indonesian number (though it has terrible battery health). I didn’t know whether they provide a physical key or not (I didn’t ask). Overall, I enjoyed my stay there. Just please provide a physical key (a wooden one maybe, to match the eco-friendly theme).

AArierainblueI came during high season so maybe the cleaning staff wasn't very detailed (we found popcorn at floor and some stain at bed sheet). I complained and the staff handle it very well. However this hotel located at strategic place so near from central city. The hotel is connected to a mall, so it's very helpful for families with children (I brought a 1-year-old baby) if there are baby items that we forgot to bring from home. We can buy them at the mall. Breakfast is complete but maybe if they have ”nasi tim” it will be perfect. (In this case because my baby cant eat rice yet) Thank you Po Hotel

GGuest UserHad a little problem when checking in as im booked the studio 30 room since 2 weeks before even paid 900 thousand more than a cousin who booked the hotel 2 days before but when im checking in they said my booking is studio 25 not knowing that Trip.com using 3rd and 4th party for the booking causing misunderstanding and thus i had to wait for 1 hour with babies crying. Luckily the problem solved but that is one of the worst experience booking with trip.com. Still, i will give them chance again as theyre fixing the problem and give small gesture for apologizing

GGaryDLarge room and bathroom. Kettle and mini fridge provided. Water dispensers on every floor. Plenty of storage. Good aircon and decent WiFi. Rooms are similar to an Ibis design. Good location, close to shopping malls and about a 30 minute walk to the old town. Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful. Nice pool area. It's on a main road so it was noisy at times.

MikeThe breakfast is horrible, bland porridge, only lettuce for the salad, there's pasta but its macaroni covered in small red sauce with no taste, tables doesnt get cleaned properly, 2 people on the egg corner only serving egg with salt, no toppings, no veggies, just pure egg + salt, main course got no variation, noodle rice 1 type of veg, a fish, and chicken. To access the restaurant you need to go through the pool, cool way of thinking, not practical when theres a lot of children playing with the water, parents and nannys sitting on the side.
