BBitsbyaureliaLoving the facilities and varieties of free activities provided. We literally just stay in the hotel to join as much activities as we can. The kids had lots of fun at kids club, we parents joined latte art class, aerial yoga. Even grandparents enjoyed the stay, my mum & I managed to join the flower arranging class, mums finally got to have fun too ๐ฅฐ

Mmeow_littlecatI recently stayed at a hotel in Semarang during a business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The location was ideal โ close to key business districts and easily accessible from the airport, which made commuting to meetings smooth and efficient.
The room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped with everything I needed to work and relax. The WiFi was fast and stable, which was a huge plus for video calls and emails. I also appreciated the comfortable workspace and thoughtful amenities that made the stay productive.
Staff were courteous and attentive, and the check-in process was seamless. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with local and international options to start the day right.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and odor-free, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive, offering incredible value for money. My stay truly exceeded expectations. The lobby environment was elegant and tidy. The room's wet/dry separation in the bathroom was very well done, and all the hidden corners were thoroughly cleaned. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and requests were promptly addressed. Breakfast had a fresh and abundant variety of options. Overall, it was a particularly comfortable stay.

GGuest UserGood: clean (newly built facility), location next to a newer mall is a huge plus, beds and linen are comfortable
Not so great: towel (very worn and old, and dirtylooking off white), but foul smell due to insufficient dryness - this also was true for the hand towels and bath robe. Yucks - showed the towels to the housekeeping which immediately replaced with fresh ones and will advise his management.
Elevators are slow, room was compact but smallish.
Gym was still under construction.
Skipped breakfast as it did not look appetizing.

Ssaejade333Room is clean and well maintained. Bathroom is clean and no mould. Room is cleaned daily. TV shows 3 movie channels plus other local and international channels. AC can be controlled via thermostat and cold. Lighting has some switches to control the mood.
Buffet breakfast has western, Chinese, Japanese and local Semarang culinary.
Overall we are happy with the accommodation and would come back next time.

MMels2012The hotel is quite old and very big, but everything is still well-maintained and in good condition. It offered good value for money for three people plus a friend. We enjoyed beautiful views of Mount Ungaran every morning. The breakfast was delicious, with a different menu offered daily โ absolutely fantastic!
One thing that made us quite reluctant to move was the incredibly long walk from the reception to the elevators. The restaurant is also quite a trek from the elevators, which is understandable given how massive this hotel is. If you're staying alone, I wouldn't recommend this hotel; you might get the creeps walking around by yourself, haha!
However, if you're with a big group and kids, it's fine and not spooky. But precisely because the hotel is so huge, the distances to the elevators and restaurant are considerable, and it can feel incredibly deserted! ๐ญ๐ญ๐ฑ๐ฑ

AAlia NozaHere are the things considered extra servies which the guests have to pay to use: pool, cutleries to use in room when you don't order food from room service and hair dryer. That's just the things I thought to ask for, maybe tons of other things are also not free. Hospitality is awful, female crews were absolutely rude. Don't bother staying here if you're trying to have a half-decent vacation. Also, the bathroom stinks, the double bed is a fake (only 2 singles pushed together which created a hole im the middle), there are rats running around the pool area, the TV is not a Smart TV yet (old style cable only), in-house spa and massage prices were over the top.
