GGuest UserBased on the price of 2000+ RMB one night, I expected very high before I checked in, but I was relatively disappointed after I checked in. It was probably too close to the sea. The room was very humid and there were many sanitary corners. The staff could not speak English. Google Translate communication. The hotel has an infinity pool connected to the sea, but because you need to participate in various day trips during the day, there are various water-wading activities, so you don’t have the mood to go to the pool to take pictures at night when you return to the hotel. I want to go to bed immediately, because the next day is likely to get up early. The only relatively good thing is that the hotel can provide free laundry service, but the washing machine for washing clothes is very difficult to comment on, and the cleanliness is definitely unbearable.
In addition, I am afraid that all kinds of bugs and amphibians are recommended not to live, because there are various insects I know and don’t know in the room these days, as well as creatures such as gecko and small cockroaches, and then, I first knew that the room gecko can make a sound, Especially when the night is quiet.

GGuest UserThe service is very good (the front desk is very good and helped me recommend other hotels and provide transportation information after I checked out). But some questions still need to be raised: the bath water is either too hot or too cold. This is not a solar problem, but an equipment problem. Internet, although the entire island network is not good, there is no network signal in the room.

BboctoLovely family run hotel! Everybody goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home. The lovely family who runs the hotel are so helpful! The dad helped me book all tours and transportation in the Galapagos Islands. The mum is and amazing cook and provided me with the best meals I have had on the islands! As a solo female traveller I can not recommended this place enough, I have felt totally safe and comfortable!
The location is a little bit out of the city centre but it makes for a perfect place to start or finish your tour of the Galapagos Islands, a very calm and quiet hotel in a beautiful location!

GGuest UserLava House is a little oasis within Puerto Ayora. The room was very clean, with soap, shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom. Lava House provides a very relaxed environment, where I felt I could unwind after adventuring around during the day. The breakfast service was particularly impressive and offered so much variety! The perfect start for a day of diving. And Lava was so cute!

BbehsuciqxxiwbThe breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options including cut fruit, hot sandwiches, and banana milk, so I was very satisfied. The water refill stations on each floor were also very much appreciated.
The room was too cold with the air conditioning on, but quite hot without it, making temperature control difficult. I think the stay would have been better if the amenities, such as trash cans and tissues, were more readily available.
I think there are similar-class hotels in the area at cheaper prices, so it's worth considering those options.

AAnonymous UserMeine Erfahrung war leider gar nicht schön. Von allen Hotels, die ich auf den galapagos Inseln hatte war es nicht nur der teuerste Aufenthalt sondern im Preis Leistungsverhältnis auch der schlechteste. Das einzig gute war der liebevolle Service. Der Rest war nun wirklich für den Preis sehr unpassend. Leider hatte ich noch das Unglück, dass Wasser in mein Zimmer von der oberen Etage gelaufen ist, weil die Gäste über mir scheinbar alles zum überlaufen gebracht haben. Es wurde schnell gelöst, das war super.
Jedoch sieht man, dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist und das Hotelzimmer roch nach Schimmel und muffig. Sehr schade ! Kann ich für den Preis überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen.

The location was great, close to the pier, and there were cafes and restaurants within walking distance, so it wasn't inconvenient at all.
The room was spotlessly clean, and although we happened to be there during cleaning time, several staff members were meticulously cleaning it.
All the staff were smiling and friendly, and when we tried to check out early in the morning without prior notice, they packed breakfast for us right there and then.
