CChibangyuI am a guest of your's. I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here again if I come to this city again.

GGuest UserThe ladies at the front desk are super enthusiastic, the service attitude of the hotel staff is super good, there are fruits for check-in, you can borrow sand digging tools if you bring children, there is hot milk at night, the breakfast buffet the next day is also super rich, and there are small gifts when you check out, it feels great! ! ! It's very close to the beach, just across the road. In short, the environment and service are superb, I will come again when I have time!

I originally booked a room for one day, but he told me that I booked a room for two days and asked me to cancel one room and check out. It may be negligence. YYubaibaiqianshuiArriving late at the Hilton in Yantai after taking the ferry from Dalian, we were warmly greeted by Ricardo at the front desk. He was incredibly patient and professional, even upgrading us to a sea-view room. This made our short stay in Yantai truly wonderful. We had dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant that evening, and the food was quite good. The hotel lobby is very grand, definitely giving off that five-star vibe.
The decor within the hotel and in the rooms does show its age, but everything is well-maintained. A minor complaint about the elevators: for such a large hotel, there are only four, all located in one spot. To get to our room, we had to push our luggage down two long corridors, which was a bit of a struggle on the thick carpeting. However, the bedding and toiletries in the room were top-notch. Breakfast was extensive and satisfying, though plate collection was a bit slow, and the clanking of dishes during cleanup was quite noticeable.
The Sheraton is an impressive and beautiful hotel; it would be even better with more attentive service.

LLAW AIt was our first visit to Yantai. The room, located at high floor with a full ocean view, really made our stay in the hotel a perfect choice. The hotel staff are friendly and always available to help.
The best part was on our arrival on 20May, our room was beautifully decorated (see photo). Many thankd to Manager Ms Serena for making such great efforts in welcoming us.
This hotel gave us a perfect stay. Will be back.

This all-ocean view suite completely exceeded our expectations! Pulling back the curtains in the morning to see the azure sea merge with the skyline was breathtaking. It's a shame it's been cloudy and rainy these past few days; if it had been sunny, watching the sunrise in the morning would have been incredibly romantic! ๐
The room design blends luxury with comfort. The super-large floor-to-ceiling windows make the entire space bright and airy, and the modern decor, combined with a smart home system, is both easy to operate and tasteful.
The service details were an added bonus: since it was the off-season and we arrived very early, only lower-floor rooms were available. The front desk staff proactively offered to upgrade us to a larger suite, which was incredibly thoughtful.
The hotel is conveniently located near a farmers' market, pharmacy, internet cafe, and shopping mall. It's just a few minutes' ride on a shared e-scooter to the beach, and several unique photo spots are absolutely beautiful.

11316228****The hotel is ideally located by the sea, with direct access to the park and the ten-kilometer golden sandy beach from the back exit! The rooms are clean, bright, and offer great views! The hotel's buffet restaurant serves delicious food. A special thanks to Zhang Hong and Liๅจ at the front desk for their warm hospitality! Zhang Hong was particularly thoughtful, proactively helping us, as seniors, with a late check-out. She even gave us bottled water and snacks for our journey, just in case. Such incredibly thoughtful service! Thumbs up!๐

The hotel parking is also very convenient, which is quite suitable for self-driving travel. Going out is the vast sea beach, the sea bathing beach, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery, take a walk, and dig sand and catch the sea. The street near the hotel is full of various restaurants. It is also very close to the shopping mall, which is just a walk away. Tina at the front desk has good service and works seriously and carefully. I like it. Another lady who can speak Japanese also has good service. She also gave us coffee in the lobby, which I also like. The auntie who cooked wontons for breakfast is also good. She introduced me to breakfast, steamed buns, etc. In short, the service industry is expensive in service, and it is necessary to make guests feel at home. I will continue to consider choosing this place when I come to Penglai next time.

GGuest UserWe had a relaxing stay at the Knights Ocean Hotel in Penglai. The location of the hotel is ideal for beach access as well as Europark. The staff are so friendly and they even upgraded our room at no extra charge. The person at the front desk, Linda, spoke English so well and she was able to answer all our questions with such patience and clarity. The facilities at the hotel include amazing breakfast, a child-friendly environment with entertainment for children, a pool, gym, and a hot springs spa. We left rejuvenated and relaxed. All the major tourist attractions are not far and taxis are easily accessible. The hotel also has someone at the reception area who will help you book tours. You can even hire public motorized bikes using WeChat, literally outside the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Penglai.

AAnonymous UserI haven't reviewed it on Ctrip, so I'll give you the first bad review. First of all, I feel that our location and sea view are really good. I booked it early. I can accept the 700 room rate for such a beautiful view and the children are happy. I can't understand what the water limit in our bathtub means. I cleaned and disinfected the bathtub when I was ready to take a bath. When I was ready to put the water in, I found a reminder that only half a bucket can be used for bathing. I brought a 4-year-old child, and the hot water ran out before the water reached his belly. Cold water is OK. You are really too stingy for such a big hotel. The first person took a bath, which means that the second person had to use this bathtub to take a bath the next day. The water pressure in the bathtub was gone the next day, which means that you can only stay for one day and take a bath once. Isn't it too funny! The attitude and voice of the waiter on the phone, I understand that you received many tourist groups on May 1st, which is quite hard, but we asked you if you could speak louder, I really couldn't hear it. The mat in the room was really dirty. We moved the bed at night and put a child's mat, and found a garbage bag under the bed from a long time ago! ! ! ! There was also a jelly packaging box, it was so dirty! Too speechless! There is no hot water for bathing, and the hygiene is not up to standard. I am really speechless. I booked for 2 days. When my child takes a bath, I use a basin to collect water little by little. Really, I have stayed in so many hotels, but your family is so stingy.
