3-Star Hotels in Florence

I appreciated the range of breakfast options. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was nice.

Hotel was very convenient to I 95, and easy to access. A large selection of restaurants very close to the hotel. Breakfast was very good, and employees helpful and polite. Cleanliness not what we expected, especially coming out of a pandemic. No evidence of hand sanitizer anywhere in hotel. Room carpeting was not clean, the remote and phone were filthy.

The sanitation is good, the environment is not good, there are always train whistles, and it is convenient to travel

Rachel at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when checking in  The woman in the breakfast section kept everything neat and clean
