MMelissaWe were in Florence taking care of our grandson while his Mom and Dad were at the hospital. His Mom gave birth to our second grandson and she wanted her toddler close by.
The hotel was conveniently located and it had everything that we needed and the price was not outrageous.
We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay there again.

TTING YANThe hardware decoration and service are quite good. Just when I entered the bathroom, I was a bit scared to see the dead flying insects in the toilet and bathtub. Maybe no one lived in during the epidemic~ but just flush it~

GGuest UserHotel was very convenient to I 95, and easy to access. A large selection of restaurants very close to the hotel. Breakfast was very good, and employees helpful and polite. Cleanliness not what we expected, especially coming out of a pandemic. No evidence of hand sanitizer anywhere in hotel. Room carpeting was not clean, the remote and phone were filthy.

GGuest UserThe lady at check in was so nice and helpful! The hotel itself is another story. Wyndham hotels has always been a great well known name in hotels. That is why I chose this hotel. I was 100% disappointed in the room and the hotel itself! Nasty!! From the elevator to our room!! Nasty! I will not do that mistake again! Look closely at all pics! I was sooo disappointed! We slept on top of the bed spread because of how nasty it looked! We were so tired or tire otherwise would have driven back home! The furniture was so ragged and dirty and the air conditioner was barely working and the cigarette butt holder was right in front of our door so that is where everyone came to smoke and of course when we open the door the smoke came right in the room! The hotel was dirty and the floors and the carpet in the elevator and I could go on and on but it was that bad! The hair dryer had lipstick that looked like had melted on it and the only clean thing was the shower and it was new. We also had to ask for a remote to the tv.
The people who worked up front were awesome and we totally appreciated that!!! Please take and invest in upgrading and cleaning this place up!!
