I initially chose the Crowne Plaza Yantai Nanshan primarily for its excellent location (situated in the university town and adjacent to the Yantai International Expo Center). On the day of my arrival, Cassie at the front desk handled my check-in. She thoroughly asked about my needs and gave me a warm welcome, which made me feel very much at ease. During my stay, I accidentally dropped a whole roll of toilet paper on the bathroom floor. Given how absorbent toilet paper is, two-thirds of it was soaked by the time I picked it up, and no matter how much I tried to wring it out, it was no use. I reluctantly called the front desk for help, and Dasiy, who answered the phone, quickly contacted housekeeping to bring a new roll to my room. Although it wasn't a major issue, the professional service provided by the hotel staff made me feel incredibly cared for. It's true what they say, ”Even an old Ferrari is still a Ferrari.” On a special note, the hotel has ample parking spaces and a dedicated charging area. I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Yantai Nanshan for anyone visiting Yantai.

Facilities: Well-equipped, the executive king room is great. There's a fridge in the lobby for fresh milk. Hygiene: Very clean and tidied up promptly. Environment: Although it's near Guanhai Road, it's quiet and comfortable. Service: The front desk staff is top-notch, truly professional! I was traveling with my child, who is between two and three years old, and the front desk proactively offered a late checkout until 2 PM. This ensured my child could have their nap, which was fantastic. Oh, and I saw a 'Qibajian' (possibly a brand or store name) at Yantai Station, haha.

I stumbled upon this hotel by chance and was pleasantly surprised. The overall environment is clean and upscale, the room details are well-executed, and the cleanliness gave me great peace of mind. The facilities are brand new and offer a great user experience, with excellent soundproofing making for a very quiet night. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and check-in/check-out was efficient. The surrounding transportation is very convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. It's suitable for both solo travelers and those traveling with companions, providing a relaxing and comfortable stay. Its overall strength is impressive, highly recommended.

This Hampton by Hilton in Laishan District boasts a great location, pleasant environment, and fresh air, perfect for a slow-paced lifestyle. The service is excellent; they're responsive to all questions, attentive without being intrusive, and offer helpful travel recommendations. Our room was spacious and comfortable, clearly demonstrating their attention to service details and guest experience. The self-service laundry room adds to the comprehensive facilities. Overall, highly recommended.

This hotel was an unexpected highlight of our trip! The experience was fantastic – the room was spacious, breakfast was extensive, and the staff were all very pleasant. The price was also really good, offering excellent value for money. It was definitely the best hotel we stayed at during this trip. Next time I'm in Yantai, I'm coming straight back here.

Great location, super convenient for getting around, and everything you need is right nearby! The room was spotless, no strange smells, and the bedding was soft and comfy – I slept like a baby. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, with meticulous hygiene, and the toiletries are top-notch. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Overall, a perfect experience! I'd definitely choose this place again for my next trip and highly recommend it to everyone!

A few kilometers away from the city, I changed to a very clean and newly renovated room. I saw a homestay in the city before, and the smell in the house was decisively retired. There are supermarkets, restaurants and free parking around this hotel. The best thing is the service. Every staff member is very nice, especially the girl at the front desk. She is very polite and enthusiastic. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Yantai. 😂 The only downside is that the shower space is too small, and the larger body is a bit difficult for me to turn around inside.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation. There's a Vientiane Mix mall nearby, making shopping and dining a breeze. The hotel itself is newly renovated, and the rooms feature separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The curtains and lights are all smart-controlled. Any issues I had during my stay were promptly addressed by the staff. They also have a gym and laundry room, which was a huge convenience. As a nice touch, I received a welcome fruit platter upon arrival and complimentary drinks daily – very thoughtful!

Traveling with my child, we were pleasantly surprised when they offered a small toy upon check-in. The lobby design is very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Overall, it was a good stay. The breakfast selection was consistent and reliable. The in-room temperature control was also very convenient, though having the sink outside the bathroom was a minor inconvenience.
