The service was limitless, Nan and her crew are the best. She helped with taxi, food, etc.
Recommend 100% to stay more than 1 day at this little paradise nearby the fantastic Erawan waterfalls. š§” I will be back next year Nanš

Guest UserThe staff provided excellent service. We checked in late at night, and there was an elderly gentleman at the front desk who was very polite and helpful. The morning staff also took great care of us during breakfast. The breakfast tasted good and was definitely good value for money, especially since it was included with the room rate. The room itself looked new, modern, and clean. Overall, I was very impressed! However, some rooms face the street, so the view might not be great, but it wasn't an issue for us.

We stayed in a three-storey apartment at this hotel for one night with my family. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the bathrooms were spotless. The mattresses were cozy and soft. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and they offered us a wide variety of breakfast items free of charge.

It was busy season so were not able to get into our usual favourite hotel.
This hotel however, was well priced, reasonable location. Breakfast was fine - not special, not bad.
We rented bicycles for 3 hours - this were instruments of torture but enabled us to ride down to the famous bridge and surrounding area.
To conclude, overall fine, I would not be unhappy to stay there again.

We had a lovely time, the staff were really nice and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They were all fantastic.
The room is lovely and spacious, there is a big sator bean tree out the back that block out enough of the building and it gave it a nice safari vibe. The pool was on the 5th floor and it was really nice. Albeit slightly cold, but we really didn't mind. We went up to watch the sunset.
Breakfast was great, we asked for a vegetarian alternative and it was really lovely.
We walked to a nearby cafe and the railway bridge. It is doable but I wouldn't recommend it on a hot day, but if you have a car is about a 5 minute drive
The only minor downside is that the hotel does not have a lift (but the staff will carry your bag to and from your room for you) So if you have mobility issue this might be a problem for you.
We definitely will stay here again next time we're in Kanchanaburi.

Guest UserMy girlfriend (who is Thai) and I (who am Swedish) arrived around 9 AM and were able to store our luggage in a storage room. After some sightseeing, we returned around noon and got our room, even though check-in was officially at 2 PM.
When I had some questions for the receptionist, who claimed to speak English, she responded in Thai to my girlfriend even though I was the one asking. I found this quite rude.
The information provided was poor. In the room, there was a whole sheet detailing what it would cost if the room was very dirty or damaged, along with many 'no-smoking' signs.
Summary: Cheap accommodation a fair distance from the city, average service, room and pool were perfectly fine.

Loved our stay. Lovely hospitality. Very close to everything. 5 min walk from the train station. Great worth for money. But - would try to get a room right on the river for the perfect location.

We stayed in Room 206, which had unfortunately only been surface cleaned. While the high-visibility areas like the bed and desk were tidy, the lower levels, specifically the baseboards and corners were neglected, with visible cobwebs remaining. Additionally, the air conditioning was restricted at a fixed temperature of 25°C and the AC remote for temperature cannot be adjusted. This made the room uncomfortably warm and very difficult to sleep in.
I hope management addresses these housekeeping oversights and AC restrictions for future guests.
On the positive side, the location is excellent, situated only 200ā300 meters from the River Kwai Bridge.

Guest UserThe atmosphere is good, clean, go to stay like a very cute house. But a bit far from the main road, must have a private car. I want to have more items for sale. So that you won't go far

Glen scottThe hotel was a good km from the train station.
Very enjoyable stay. The bed was very hard but comfortable, a very quiet location.
The breakfast was the best I have had for a long time on a hotel.
We would come back and stay here again.
