詹詹玉惠Sigh😮💨It’s really troublesome when encountering language barriers when going abroad. The counter staff was very patient in communicating at first, but then they didn’t seem to want to explain to us. They didn’t say that the minibar in their house was available. I asked the next day and was informed that there was no need to pay😓. The room is really beautiful. Everything else is just fine. Every waiter in the restaurant has a great attitude👍🏻

ววThis is the second time to use the service of @plakan Resort. The service is very good, the facilities are complete, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is good. It is right by the river, very suitable for relaxing on vacation. I really want to relax. The room is spacious enough to get a pool view room. The important thing is that you can travel easily. There is an opportunity to definitely use the service again.

AAnonymous UserI booked a room with a bathtub, but they gave me one with only a shower. I had to go back to the front desk to switch rooms, which they did quickly. However, neither the front desk nor the staff offered any apologies, which I found strange since they made the mistake. Then, in the room with the bathtub, there was only lukewarm water, no hot water, so I couldn't shower. I had to switch back to the shower-only room to wash up. After persistent requests, the bathtub in my room was fixed the next day, but the plug leaked, so I had to find a way to fix it myself. What's more interesting is that after all these issues, the staff still didn't seem to feel sorry for the guests. The scenery is beautiful, and it's great value for money. There are also bicycles available in the park. However, their service attitude, in my opinion, is unacceptable.

GGuest UserI have travelled extensively throughout Thailand over several years and I have to say that my week-long stay at this hotel was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had anywhere! The room was large, clean, and comfortable (even the bed was neither too hard nor too soft), the staff were professional, polite, and helpful (and always smiling!), the hotel is conveniently located in the city (just down the street from the Kwai Bridge, with several good restaurants and a 7-11 nearby), and the ala carte breakfast was superb (especially the delicious French toas and the pancakes!). It is obvious that someone went to great lengths to ensure a great experience for their guests. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

谭谭The breakfast is exquisite and delicious, the log feels good in the room, the green environment is good, the riverside restaurant has a good view, the green trees become cute, the scenery is good, the blue sky, green water and the air are good, the service is good, the hotel location is good, not many tourists are quiet and good , The elderly and children say yes.

MManeerat BhukaewBooked a pool villa but found water leaking from the ceiling because of rain in about 4-5 spots and the air conditioner was dripping. Also, when checking out, the toilet wouldn't flush. But the staff were very nice and opened an additional room for us. The first room had a hot coil that didn't work. The second room had a leaking shower hose, which the staff and technician fixed until we were able to move in. The staff gave us 3 more pieces of cake as a bonus. We ate 6 pieces in total and received a 1,000 baht coupon to buy coffee, drinking water, and tea in the shop.
