Kanchanaburi City Hotels with Pools

The staff provided excellent service, and the food was delicious. They have live music on weekends. The swimming pool is clean and has some very large and beautiful koi fish, though I forgot to take pictures. However, the room was quite small. Overall, it's a pleasant and relaxing place to stay.

Close to the Bridge over the River Kwai, within walking distance. There's a 7-Eleven nearby. It's a bit far from the train station, so you'll need to take a taxi or a tuk-tuk. There are also riverside restaurants with nice views near the hotel.

I booked a room with a bathtub, but they gave me one with only a shower. I had to go back to the front desk to switch rooms, which they did quickly. However, neither the front desk nor the staff offered any apologies, which I found strange since they made the mistake. Then, in the room with the bathtub, there was only lukewarm water, no hot water, so I couldn't shower. I had to switch back to the shower-only room to wash up. After persistent requests, the bathtub in my room was fixed the next day, but the plug leaked, so I had to find a way to fix it myself. What's more interesting is that after all these issues, the staff still didn't seem to feel sorry for the guests. The scenery is beautiful, and it's great value for money. There are also bicycles available in the park. However, their service attitude, in my opinion, is unacceptable.

The hotel ambiance is great, and the staff handling transfers were good. However, the food at the restaurant wasn't tasty for dinner. Room service was overpriced, and the food was just average. But for breakfast, when it wasn't crowded, even though it wasn't a buffet, they had a good selection of side dishes similar to a buffet. The coffee machine was also a nice touch. All my dissatisfaction was outweighed by the breakfast, which was good, even with fewer people. Most importantly, the staff were attentive and caring. I'd suggest improving the room service food and the dinner restaurant. As for the room, I wish there were more lights; it was a bit too dark.

Our first time in Kanchanaburi. We booked online on the same day and had no issues or waiting time during check-in. The staff were polite and welcoming. Everything was clean, they have a swimming pool, and they also have a café where guests receive a 10% discount. Buffet breakfast was included, and the food was good. The restaurant staff may have been tired, as they did not smile. It would be even better if they could smile. The cleaning staff were always greeting us and smiling whenever we met them in the hallway or elevator, which we really appreciated. It would also be great if the room could have two pillows per person for added comfort. Excellent value for money.

This accommodation is about 30 minutes from the city, perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet. You'll be impressed by the welcome drink, a fragrant and creamy coconut ice cream. The multi-level brick decor is sure to provide beautiful photo opportunities. A highlight upon entering the room was the lovely shower cream, shampoo, and lotion. All rooms face the river. For leisure, you can cycle to the nearby community, though unfortunately, it's a bit far during the rainy season. However, just 5 minutes from the hotel, you can experience rural rice paddy views. After a good night's sleep, enjoy a breakfast with many options to choose from – order until you're full! I will definitely be back.

Fabulous resort. Could have spent a few more days here as the gardens are lovely and the pools are great. Staff really helpful and the hotel is well presented, clean and well managed. The walk to the River Kwai bridge is about 10 minutes where there are lots of restaurants, cafes, market and shops. Highly recommend

Very clean, attached bath room. Very good vibes around the campsite. They take pride in maintaining the site to pristine condition. Enjoyed the marshmallow bon fire, the sunset by the river, the chilly weather at night and early morning. Good breakfast provided, and we ordered Mookata for dinner. Will surely return again during cold season

The room is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, the room looks very luxurious. There are complete facilities. There is 1 ice bottle provided. The room has a disadvantage that the bathroom lights are like not enough power, will be bright, some other things are lacking, can inform the staff. Good service staff Like this time, I went to travel with Friends and shabu grilled pork to eat together. The accommodation will have an electric grilled pork stove, plates, spoons and wires. We just prepared what we want to eat. In the morning, there will be staff to collect the equipment we have finished eating and go back by ourselves. Ready to serve breakfast. Overall for me and my friends Considered okay P.S. The accommodation has many activities to play.
