房間乾淨衞生，簡約風格。多數服務人員態度很好，衹是一高個子女生態度有些刻板，畢竟客人是來住店的。店長（年齡大點的）服務很有水平。早餐還可以吧。總體不錯，推薦大家去住。

本來住LOFT房型，空調設計不合理，懶得換酒店了，就換了個房型，服務很好，幫小朋友送了小童拖鞋。不過這個房子下水反臭。

房間超級大，床品特別乾淨，洗漱用品也特別好，還有乳膠枕睡着特別舒服，離景區步行不到5分鐘特別方便，最貼心的是酒店為客人準備了茶，咖啡，還有水果盤。另外還有下午茶點，各種小零食非常好，前台服務態度特別好讓我們感覺到酒店像到家一樣，
