Amazing
DdantamanagoThe cleanliness in this hotel is spotless! Probably the cleanest hotel I ever stayed! Good spread of breakfast with the same food offered daily!
Interlaken West station & Coop is just a 2 mins walk away, which makes traveling very convenient!
The view from our hotel room was absolutely breathtaking too!

Amazing
FFitbeard AUGreat experience as the village is quite scenic and beautiful with great views from this hotel and near by , hosts are really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast options are good I must say as I like soft boil eggs and had no worries of not having to have scrambled eggs as a lot of people have complained. Parking is free . They also gave us our keys in a nice welcome box with instructions and some chocolates that was very thoughtfully prepared so full marks for that. The only concern I have is that Trip.com suggested a self catered kitchen which wasn’t there for preparing your food/dinner and also there was no microwave in the room which is extremely inconvenient. I think that’s the only negative as not everyone eats out in a restaurant and sometimes you’d get hungry at a later part of night and nothing is available. So next time I’ll definitely consider a hotel/lodge that has a at least a self catering kitchen.
11346633****The hotel is located high up on a hill, offering great views on a clear day. It's also very close to Grindelwald station. Before check-in, the owner emailed me to fill out my personal information in advance, but it was a bit tricky to do, so I figured it would be easier to just fill it out at the front desk when I arrived. However, when I got there, the lady at the front desk was quite displeased and deliberately made me wait for a long time, claiming that if I had completed the online form beforehand, I wouldn't have caused such a delay. All in all, despite that, it's a charming local chalet with beautiful weather and scenery, making for a great experience.
EE30045****I booked 4 rooms. They were very spacious and clean. This is a hotel renovated from an old, historic house. The floors were a bit slanted, and the old-fashioned elevator added a lot of charm. The rooms were comfortable, and there was free parking available. They offered complimentary afternoon tea and pastries daily from 2 PM to 6 PM. The breakfast was truly amazing—especially exquisite and plentiful, with options like rice, curry, eggs, and a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. The location was very convenient, extremely close to the city center.
MMINT TITANThe family room is quite a good size for 2 adults and 2 teens. It is very cozy and clean. Our room is facing the front and temporary reception area and we can see the Alps clearly. There is a big pigeon hole style cabinet which we can use to place our stuff. The room is organised and not cramped due to this. Breakfast is good enough for us. There is a microwave oven in the Breakfast lounge where you can heat up food and a kettle (no kettle in the room). The only thing we don't like is the lack of door to the entrance of the shower area. Anyone entering the front door of the room, can see someone showering inside the shower area (if any). We had to remind each other to stay out of that area when we shower..
JJuleleWe stayed in the hotel for 4 days. Location was very near the train station and accessible to buses. Staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The picture of the hotel in your ad was quite deceiving. The hotel was old and made up of very old timber. , though the inside was modern in style, the room was really not a good place to relax / sleep in since I can hear the loud steps of the one above our room and the noises from the adjacent rooms. No lift or elevator available. Not recommended for elderly tourist. Amenities like kettle for hot water and water dispenser needed to be taken from the ground floor near the office. Breakfast has a variety of foods served daily. The only consolation was the breathtaking views of jungfrau and accessible transportation.
GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, only a ten-minute walk from the station. It's perfect for trips to Jungfraujoch and paragliding. Definitely book the hotel buffet with your stay; it's great value for money. Just a heads-up, though: there was a Filipino-looking staff member who seemed quite unfriendly towards Asians. My friend and I were still eating when she came over and told us she needed to clear our plates. Something to be aware of.

GGuest UserPlease note: This hotel strictly enforces a 3 PM check-in time, so plan your arrival accordingly. If you arrive early, don't worry – you can store your luggage and go explore.
Location: It's about a 10-minute walk from the West Station. There's a bus stop right outside, but buses only come every half hour, so plan your public transport carefully.
Facilities: This is a typical wooden lodge, which means soundproofing isn't great. The wooden floors creak so much it feels like the whole room vibrates when you walk. You can clearly hear people walking upstairs, downstairs, and doors closing in the hallway.
Service: The staff were very enthusiastic and all seemed quite young. I booked a twin room but was given a double. When I went to the front desk, the girl realized she couldn't separate the beds, so she gave us a room upstairs, which I guess was an upgrade. The room was very spacious.
Cleanliness: All the hotels I've stayed in Switzerland have been impeccably clean. However, the water here – when boiled, it had limescale and residue. I had to spit out the plain water I drank!
Breakfast was small but good. I loved the toast with butter, and the large bread with salami and cheese. Swiss boiled eggs are absolutely delicious!!
GGuest UserJungfrau Hotel Annex Alpine-Inn has a great location to admire Jungfrau right at your hotel room balcony. In the week of many rainy days, I was lucky to be able to see Jungfrau at my room when I checked in. Then it rained for the following 2 days. Good that hotel provides an umbrella for each room to use on rainy days. It’s a bit walking (8-10 minutes, all flat) to the train station but I enjoyed the walking under the foothill of Jungfrau. Hotel staff were nice including the staff working in the breakfast area. Breakfast room is clean and foods are decent. Wilderswill is just 10-min train or bus ride from Interlaken. With a choice of train or busses, you won’t need to wait too long to get to the destination of your choice.
HHiyoubWe expected a bad experience when we looked at the Google review but was pleasantly surprised by the actual room presented to us.
We had a quadruple room and saw a near-new bathroom, in contrast of the photos we saw on Google review.
Apart from the bathroom, the room itself is a bit of a disappointment, the one of the bed frames were faulty and one of us had to sleep with her hips lowered to the floor.
And the other facilities were outdated, but they were at least clean.
Our overall experience was pleasant, but similar to most things in Switzerland, the price was a little steep, but probably one of the cheaper hotels in the area.
