GGuest UserIt was a pretty good stay. We stayed for two more days. We will stay here again if we have the chance. I like it very much. It is a hotel on a hillside. The customer service lady of Ctrip was very nice. Due to the location of the hotel, our itinerary might not be able to catch up and we needed to communicate with the hotel to change the date. The customer service lady helped us communicate in the middle of the night. I really loved staying here!

Breakfast is not bad, Swiss breakfast is generally monotonous. The location is very good, very close to the train station.

You can drive into the hotel. The road is relatively narrow. There is an access control card on the last section of the road. Finally, I contacted the hotel in advance to ask for the password. Will take the initiative to tell you these precautions. Regarding the up and down of the cable car, sit for a while, hotel guests are free, you need to show your room card, remember to watch the timetable, don't miss the last bus. The view of the restaurant is very good and the service is attentive, but the food is as bad as ever, oh, I am not saying that this hotel is bad, I mean that all restaurants in Switzerland are bad (this breakfast is very good, you can go early, choose Facing the location of the waterfall, but the dinner is really hard to describe), unpalatable is one thing, full of ritual, each dish is served slowly, come up to explain to you what raw materials are used in this dish, how to make it, and if you actually taste it All restaurants in Switzerland, including but not limited to this one, are lacking in color and fragrance. My wife waited for the desserts to be served and hurriedly retreated. She panicked and forgot to take the bag. There is one thing to say, the service is still very good, the waiter put the bag at the front desk. Rory talked about it in a long way, hoping to be useful to the tourists behind.

HHanie_blue23I will never forget my stay at this hotel. It is by far the best hotel I’ve ever been to. The price is very reasonable considering the location and all the amenities included. What truly made it special was the extra effort from the staff—they surprised me with a birthday card and a sweet cupcake in my room.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for its beautiful views, but I was worried the room I'd get wouldn't have a good view, so I only booked one night. Turns out, we got incredibly lucky! The lady at the front desk was super nice, polite, and enthusiastic. She gave us a room with an absolutely stunning view. As soon as we entered, my family all agreed we should book another night. Unfortunately, shortly after we booked, I got a call from the same front desk lady. She apologized and said we couldn't extend our stay in that specific room and would have to switch to another. She offered us a chance to see the new room beforehand to make sure we liked it. The new room was on a lower floor in the front building, with slightly less impressive views, but still acceptable. So, we ended up extending our stay for another night. If you're traveling by car, I highly recommend this hotel.

李李家的木The helpful reviews are accurate. Awesome room view and great service from all staff. We have two adults and one child and they connected two single beds and provided and extra bed. I would say just book (level 4 lifestyle room) with a peace of mind and do remember to bring your own toiletries.

Wwvnd3rl12Stayed at twin deluxe room which is newly renovated and on the higher floors. Chose this specific twin room because of its size.
Pros:
1. Hotel staff were friendly both at reception and breakfast
2. Rooms were fairly large and modern, views were incredibly (ask for mountain facing room)
3. They will give you an Interlaken guest card.
4. Location is about 7-10 mins walk from Interlaken West Station and surrounded by high-end shops.
5. There's free self-service coffee and tea making area at one of the floors and its helpful if you have a jug/bottle to fill cold/hot water
Cons:
1. Same breakfast everyday and it lacked variety
2. No kettle nor cups to make hot drinks (notice this is the case with hotels in Switzerland
3. TV channels were mostly in German language

GGuest UserThe hotel I stayed at this time was very comfortable, but what really impressed me was the breakfast. There was a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious, making me feel incredibly pampered first thing in the morning. Fresh ingredients were used, and the seasoning was just right – I couldn't help but overeat!
The dining area had a bright and clean atmosphere, and the staff were very attentive. Thanks to them, I was able to start my day in a great mood. You often see reviews mentioning 'hotels with delicious breakfast,' but this place truly lives up to that. It's a hotel I'd want to stay at again just to enjoy the breakfast. Very satisfied.

GGuest UserThis is a traditional 4-star hotel with an excellent location, very close to the train station and a supermarket. You can even catch a glimpse of snow-capped mountains, especially beautiful at sunset when they glow golden. The ice cream shop across the street has really delicious ice cream!
