GGuest UserIt was a pretty good stay. We stayed for two more days. We will stay here again if we have the chance. I like it very much. It is a hotel on a hillside. The customer service lady of Ctrip was very nice. Due to the location of the hotel, our itinerary might not be able to catch up and we needed to communicate with the hotel to change the date. The customer service lady helped us communicate in the middle of the night. I really loved staying here!

GGuest UserThe view of the terrace is very, very beautiful and very satisfied. In addition, the service is very cold and polite to all. Dinner needs to be reserved and the taste is not bad. Breakfast is not bad, Swiss breakfast is generally monotonous. The location is very good, very close to the train station.

LLisawangjieThe hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of town with a supermarket nearby, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. They also have a small elevator, so you don't have to lug your luggage around, which is a huge plus! I really enjoyed the lovely snacks provided, as well as the coffee and tea bags. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's pretty standard for a four-star hotel.

JJinganbluesThe location, the appearance is first-class, the room facilities are relatively old, and the antique furniture is also popular. It is not as good as expected, but it is not bad. You can drive into the hotel. The road is relatively narrow. There is an access control card on the last section of the road. Finally, I contacted the hotel in advance to ask for the password. Regarding the up and down of the cable car, sit for a while, hotel guests are free, you need to show your room card, remember to watch the timetable, don't miss the last bus. The view of the restaurant is very good and the service is attentive, but the food is as bad as ever, oh, I am not saying that this hotel is bad, I mean that all restaurants in Switzerland are bad (this breakfast is very good, you can go early, choose Facing the location of the waterfall, but the dinner is really hard to describe), unpalatable is one thing, full of ritual, each dish is served slowly, come up to explain to you what raw materials are used in this dish, how to make it, and if you actually taste it All restaurants in Switzerland, including but not limited to this one, are lacking in color and fragrance. My wife waited for the desserts to be served and hurriedly retreated. She panicked and forgot to take the bag. There is one thing to say, the service is still very good, the waiter put the bag at the front desk. Rory talked about it in a long way, hoping to be useful to the tourists behind.

GGuest UserTake 2 bus stops from Interlaken Ost and you’ll find yourself in front of Hapimag Interlaken. The room we got only had Type-J (3 pins) power sockets, but they gladly borrowed us free of charge. Breakfast was wonderful, especially the cheeses. Inside the laundry room, you’ll find a wash basin, 2 washing machines, 2 drying machines, and an ironing board. Would be coming back here if I ever found myself Interlaken.

Is pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel that left a lasting impression. From its impeccable design to the delectable breakfast, my experience was delightful overall. Although the weather didn't quite cooperate during my stay, the hotel's fantastic service more than made up for it.
The hotel's interior design is simply stunning. Every aspect of the decor exudes elegance and sophistication. The attention to detail is evident, and it creates a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the premises. The architecture and furnishings are tastefully chosen, providing a luxurious and comfortable ambiance for guests.
One of the highlights of this hotel is undoubtedly the breathtaking view. Unfortunately, I encountered some bad luck with the weather during my stay, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the surroundings. However, even through the mist and rain, I could sense the beauty that lay beyond the hotel's windows. I can only imagine how magical it would be on a clear day.
The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable.

CCongcongcczuikeaiI initially thought this hotel was close to Interlaken, but it's actually a 20-minute drive away. The loft room was spacious, but the stairs were quite steep, which could be an issue for children and the elderly. However, the stunning views easily made up for any drawbacks.

The hotel is centrally located in Interlaken. Interlaken Ost train station is about an 8-minute walk away, and a bus stop is just about 100 meters away. This is very convenient for excursions in the region.
Room
The room was beautifully decorated in an appealing Baroque style, making it cozy and elegant. We also received a nice upgrade to a room with a balcony, which made our stay more pleasant. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a drawback: the silicone joints in the shower showed mold. This is unacceptable in a 4-star hotel.
Staff / Reception
At check-in, Pierre truly impressed us: he was very friendly, professional, courteous, and service-oriented. The rest of the staff was generally attentive and friendly but sometimes seemed a bit unsure and not always entirely competent. Language skills were an issue: German is only spoken to a limited extent, and Swiss German not at all, which sometimes complicated communication.
Breakfast
The breakfast, unfortunately, was very disappointing and did not match the quality expected of a 4-star hotel.
• There was no declaration or allergen labeling for the food.
• The products offered seemed cheap and stale: scrambled eggs from a carton, hard pretzels from the day before, and pastries and bread that were consistently low-quality frozen goods.
On the positive side, the reception actively asked for our feedback after breakfast. After our honest comments, something was brought to our room as an apology. Unfortunately, this included some already moldy berries, which negated the good gesture.
Overall Impression
Despite the beautiful central location, the generally very nice room with a balcony upgrade, and especially Pierre's outstanding service, our stay was overall disappointing. The mold in the shower joints and the low-quality breakfast left a negative impression. For the price and star category, we would have expected significantly more cleanliness and quality. Therefore, we would not recommend this hotel.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is really old, and the rooms are quite dated. The power outlets were just extension cords snaked across the floor from a corner to the bedside. There weren't many amenities or services; they didn't change the towels or replenish the drinking water.
However, the room faced the snow-capped mountains, and booking a room with a balcony was great for photos.
A special shout-out to the breakfast – although the variety wasn't extensive, everything was delicious, which is a rare find.
