柠柠檬苏打Close to the road, the facilities in the house are OK, equivalent to a domestic express hotel. There are bars and other places around. The windows have good sound insulation effect, but the sound insulation of each room does not seem to be very good. My colleague lives next to me and can hear me turning off the lights.

DDuvelGood services overall. There is a bar at rooftop which called Skybar. The view is very good. However, it will become unavailable if there is private party. This is not fare to the customers of hotel because they should have rights for this service as the first priority during staying.

깜깜상[GGAMSANG]It was surprisingly clean and quaint, unlike a 4-star hotel. The room was stylish, with a good mix of old and modern items. The balcony was a nice place to smoke.
On the downside, it was located in a luxury residential complex, so it was too far to walk to a nearby supermarket. On the plus side, the hotel's restaurant was delicious, so there was no need to leave the house.
The room was cold, but they immediately provided a heater. The only downside was that the water pressure was a bit weak and the hot water was lukewarm.

GGuest UserWas here for a friend’s wedding. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Compared to other hotels in India the cleanliness level is high. Breakfast wasn’t included but it’s not expensive and it’s good.
The location is good if you’re here for weddings or visiting friends nearby. Unfortunately it is very inconvenient for trips to Delhi.

EExploring NomadHad a wonderful stay at Citadines Paras Square Gurugram! The hotel offers clean, comfortable, and well-equipped rooms, making it a great choice for both short and long stays. The amenities and overall ambiance were excellent.
A special thanks to Oinam for the warm hospitality and assistance with an early check-in. Their professionalism and kindness made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Truly appreciate the excellent service! Looking forward to staying here again.

GGuest UserRooms are clean but a little worn. Bed was firm but ok. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling and a little bit dirty from water / humidity from the shower. Water was quite hot and good pressure in shower.
Breakfast was good and reasonable amount of choice but not really a
any regular salad options. Table service was great and worth the stay alone ! Tv was not setup properly and I could not choose a working CNN channel to catch up on news. Location was a bit awkward to get to, taxi driver had a make a few u turns in rush hour traffic adding abt 30 mins to our already long journey. (LKO to Gurgaon).
Still a good standard of service, which is why we chose a Hyatt. (Couple traveling from USA).

I tried the à la carte service and it was genuinely good. Vedant and Sanjay handled my service and they were extremely attentive, quick and polite. Food came fresh, well presented, and they made sure everything was taken care of without me having to ask twice. Good experience overall.
