Crowne Plaza GURGAON by IHG ★★★★★

📍 Site No.2, opposite Signature Tower, Sector 29, Gurugram

"Everything was perfect: the room, the service, the lavish breakfast. Overall great experience and will definitely stay here again. The only two minus points were cold A/C that couldn't be regulated (for me +23 is cold) and risotto delivered to the room was not up to the mark (overcooked and truffels couldn't be felt at all). Otherwise really enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza Gurgaon."

Holiday Inn GURGAON NH8 by IHG Hotels in Gurugram

Holiday Inn GURGAON NH8 by IHG

"Getting to the hotel isn't very convenient, but I'm not sure that's a negative since I knew its location when I booked, and it was exactly as advertised. The hotel is new, built in 2025, and not yet run-down. The room was really clean. A big thank you to the young *** who cleans the 7th floor during the day (unfortunately, I didn't ask his name, which I regret). He really does his best. There are Dove toiletries in the room and bathroom; I really love them, and that made me happy. The hotel has good food and a pleasant chef. We had to return a dish, but they treated us to dessert as a compliment. The waiters don't always calculate the bill correctly, adding unnecessary taxes. The water in the room is of good quality, in branded glass bottles. The pool was open during our stay and looked quite nice. Cons: We checked out of the hotel at 1:00 AM and asked for lunch boxes to be packed for us instead of breakfast, which we'd be missing due to an early flight. They responded positively and asked us what exactly we'd like. Ultimately, they simply forgot about us. Nothing had been prepared in advance. When we asked if we wanted lunch boxes, they brought us a couple of rolls and some fruit, which didn't match our order, which they accepted and confirmed. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke intermittently."

Trident, Gurgaon ★★★★★
"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Trident Hotel in Gurgaon for a week during a business trip, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after long days of meetings. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail, from the high-quality toiletries to the well-stocked minibar. The hotel facilities are outstanding. The swimming pool and fitness center are well-maintained, offering a great way to unwind after a busy day. I also had the opportunity to dine at their restaurants, and I must say the food was delicious with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. What truly sets Trident Gurgaon apart is the service. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always ready to assist with any request, making my stay both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, my week-long stay at Trident Gurgaon was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gurgaon, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!"

The services and amenities provided good value for the stay. Room dining was prompt and convenient, and the buffet at Suvarna Mahal Restaurant had a nice selection of food.
