Lemon Tree Hotel, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram

The receptionist was very nice. The room was rather old than I expected. Wifi and TV receive was bad. The hotel forgot to wake me up on the first and last day. Restaurant was fair but not impressive.

I had a wonderful stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job in maintaining cleanliness and comfort throughout my stay. My room was always spotless, well-organized, and refreshed on time every day. A special thanks to Housekeeping Supervisor Mr. Raja for his professionalism, dedication, and excellent leadership. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly made a positive difference in my experience. The entire staff was courteous, helpful, and ensured a comfortable stay. I highly appreciate the efforts of the housekeeping team and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gurugram. Looking forward to staying here again.

I recently visited the Lemon Tree Hotel in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, and I must say their housekeeping department is outstanding. Though the overall service at the hotel was good, the housekeeping team completely stole the show with how flawlessly they maintained and prepared our rooms. A huge thank you to Mahto and Ravinder for their exceptional support. Whenever a minor issue popped up, they were quick to step in and sort it out immediately. Their helpful and warm approach made a huge difference. The entire staff is incredibly polite, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were always perfectly set up and pristine. Wonderful experience—highly recommended!

Hotel Review⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ During my recent stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, the housekeeping department truly stood out as the best in the entire hotel. While every department provided good service, housekeeping was absolutely exceptional because of how beautifully they readied and set up our rooms. A special mention goes to Matho and Ravinder from the housekeeping team. They have an incredibly helpful nature and were personally involved, swiftly resolving any service issues with absolute efficiency. The entire staff is extremely polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The level of neatness and the perfection with which the team sets up the rooms every day is unmatched. Their dedication made our stay highly comfortable. Kudos to Matho, Ravinder, and the wonderful team!
