We had a wonderful stay.. I would like to appreciate the help desk coordinator Shruti.. It was my husband's birthday and she did her best to arrange a comfortable n wonderful birthday set up for him. It was a fun filled stay.. The dinner buffet could be improved.

My stay in Heritage was great. My wife arranged a birthday ceremony there. Special thanks to Helpdesk Coordinator Khushi who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She was very supportive and responsive. Dinner buffet could be improved as being a vegetarian I did not enjoy it.

Went for lunch at Mama Mizo Restaurant. Food is excellent and so is the service. Special thanks and appreciation for Anil Gangwar who was always helpful. Nice decor and peaceful place, it will be a memorable experience, always.Nice place to be in.....

Very pleasant experience at the Resort. Anil was very prompt during the buffet meals. Lot of activities scheduled in the afternoon and evening kept our kids excited as well as entertained. Room service was also very prompt. The resort is very green

I had my first experience at the Heritage Village Resort Spa in ***esar while celebrating a birthday. Overall, my experience was perfect and the hospitality was exceptional. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Shristee. Thank you! I would love to visit again with my family. Additionally, the food was delicious. Overall, I would say it was a very good experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

Property was very nice, comfortable and easily reachable Very nicely welcomed at entrance and the overall ambience of the place is nice !! Mosquitos are a big problem !! Food was just average !! Our servers Anil, Abhinaw and Sonu were really helpful, courteous, polite and served us well !!
